It almost to me seems like them spray painting the word "Islam" on a tribute to "Animals in war" is more of an insult towards Muslims. As if they're calling them animals or something.

They crossed out the actual tribute to all the animals, and then added "Islam" to the mural as if to say "These guys are animals in war."
