I predicted it would end this way, people like this never really follow through with their convictions unless they're complete psychos.

Apparently a taser was fired towards moat, so 2 options: 1. Moat did something they didn't like, Taser dude fired the taser, hit him and caused him to contract and shoot himself. 2. Moat did something they didn't like, Taser dude fired the taser, missed, Moat got pissed off and shot himself.

Or it missed and he was extremely jumpy as you would be if you'd barely eaten or slept for several days and had the entire British police force searching for you 24/7 and were surrounded by people with guns pointed at you. And you were already mad enough to murder.

So this guy kills a few police officers, and his main goal was to be killed by a cop? And then he shoots himself? GG Raoul.

why would they taser a man that has a shotgun to his head? that's basically just provoking him to kill himself.
