What do the Crusades have anything to do with it? He said Islam started to spread by militaristic ways. The Crusades, while militaristic and pretty much horrible events where a lot of innocent people died, did not occur in Christianity's beginning, but about a millennia afterwards.

I don't mind if people make fun of the holocaust or something like that but denying it happened is just plain stupid and would probably make people think you're a neo-nazi (not saying you specifically denied it, Athena).
