That and the magic school bus.
Please, Bill, do this.
I'll support ya.
BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL BILL
First Cosmos, then Reading Rainbow... now Bill Nye.
I'd watch it.

Or perhaps even suck his own dick if it were covered in his own shit.
The possibilities are endless.

But yes, this is awesome. I remember watching him, MSB, and even Beakman's World (who even remembers that shit anymore? :v: ).
Though I wonder if creationists will fire back by fighting to give Ken Ham his own show.
Considering how school (mine at least) didn't teach us jack shit and just showed us Bill Nye, I don't see how school even made it onto that chart.

If he found a few people, perhaps he could do a kickstarter like what Burton did. Considering how these guys as the original host essentially seal the trust factor.
We still won't get Mr. Rogers back, though.
There is a spinoff these days, I watched some with my little sister but it feels hollow without Mr. Rogers.
Of all the educational shows that I used to watch when I was a kid, it was reading rainbow during elemenetary, magic school buses and bill nye during middle school, and boring black and white videos and boring infomation videos from the 90's in high school...
I would of enjoyed my science class more if only my middle school teachers was not full of antagonizing bitches that like to ruin my day in a heartbeat...which has happen more then once...

It's weird how we didn't have Bill Nye here, at least as far as I can remember, I only remember watching The Beakman Show which was pretty similar in nature... only with a were-rat in it. It's a shame because Bill Nye looks genuinely good from what I've seen and I'm sure it would've been cool to watch it as a kid.
I guess it's one of those things I wish would've been part of my childhood memories like Banjo & Kazooie or Crash Bandicoot... only I just had no idea it existed at that time.

I never saw Bill Nye on TV, only at school, but I did watch Beakman's World because it was on before the Saturday morning cartoons.

Beakman's World was a good show, it was just a little over-the-top wacky-zany and all over the place with the topics it discussed.
Hopefully it will still have the cheesy sound effects and funky music to go along with the episodes.

With Cosmos' success, it was only a matter of time.
To those that don't know, Magic School Bus is also being rebooted. By Netflix.
With all these reboots it's like I never grew up...
