420 lagelize it if only marlay was alive
When will so-called "representatives" learn to take good advice when given it even if it goes against their godawful rhetoric and vested corporate business interests? I wonder....
This thread has turned into one of those 'TORYS! I REALLY HATE THEM IT'S ALL THEIR FAULT!' arguments.
Coalition folks. They all suck.
Indeed, fuck them all
They all suck.
isn't that the truth!
Anybody else just becoming really disillusioned with UK politics, I honestly don't know who to vote for.
My choices are either vote for SNP (which will fuck up my country) or vote for any of the other party's (Nothing will really change).
So incredibly shite.
Traffic Cops is a funny show, seen some feller get busted for an oz or something and 2 plod are searching his car, he just finds a joint and he's like "look at the size of this joint!"
I wonder what some of our police force do in their days...
I think the funniest I've ever seen is on the American show Cops. Two undercover detectives were staking out a neighborhood when an obviously high black dude with no shoes walks down the street. He walks over to a fat hillbilly and starts talking with him. That's when the detectives burst out sprinting and handcuff both of them and call for immediate backup. They shout at the black guy saying "WHERE'S THE DRUGS" He's barely able to speak as his head lolls over, his hat falls off and some packets of whatever drug falls out.

don't vote, send a message
This could have started a major improvement on drug policy in Europe.

The SNP have been alright so far man, just don't vote for independence if that's your gripe with them.
It could have but the political process is just fucked

Alright so can it be a 'TORYS! I REALLY HATE THEM, AND THE LIB DEMS!' thread?
Because if anyone is making decisions it certainly isn't the lib dems and we all know it
Yes! More BBC articles about this please!
And more front-page articles in newspapers about how our 'democracy' is failing because our leader ignores what people actually want.

It's their whole "Government knows best" stance that's been doing my head in. Trying to ban smoking in public places, what the fuck is that all about.

You do know that studies have been done on that, and the smoking bans have actually greatly increased public health right?

The public smoking ban was a genius idea and I'm pretty pleased it was put through.

the smoking ban was a brilliant success.
I just realised that this was all announced within a few days of Breaking the Taboo...
Maybe the MPs just got together and watched that haha
Haha, actually this is the grand result of a one year long inquiry in which thousands of people submitted evidence and anecdotal reports and many were ignored (especially medicinal cannabis users). Even the report itself fails to acknowledge that 90%+ of drug users are not "problem users" and fails to admit at all that there are people who use illegal drugs who experience no problem whatsoever instead saying that all users need treatment whether addicted or problematic or just casual and recreational in use.
Considering the government is so corrupt, can't Mr Richard Branson just buy the whole thing? lol
nope, because addiction is a crime and drugs are illegal because they are dangerous duhh
god

But it made pubs smell like piss and body odour.
The cigarette smoke helped cover up that smell.

Frankly, piss and body odor smell better than cigarette smoke if you ask me. Though that's like asking someone if they'd rather be punched or kicked.
That, and I'm not too keen on having my country ruled by a nationalist party.
