it's the same person, for fuck sake.
Likely story, Sounds like the plot of half of the horror games out there.
oh em gee its like indigo prophecy!!!!
Just look at the Adam's Apple, they're the same. And the eyes are the same derpy alignment.
So everyone claims this guy must be insane and have mental problems, and when it turns out he might have mental problems people call bullshit? wat [sp]Not to say what he did wasn't downright terrible[/sp]

But not crazy in the sense he didn't know what he was doing... Crazy as in, what the fuck kind of person does something like this.

There's not much more people can do than speculate.
Reddit does http://www.reddit.com/r/conspiracy/comments/x72mf/exclusive_dark_knight_shooting_suspect_james/
So does Alex Jones: [editline]26th July 2012[/editline] If you don't feel like listening to drivel, he basically says that Holmes was mind controlled by a powder blown into his face to be the scapegoat of a false flag attack carried out by black ops agents, citing incidents like the Gleiwitz occupation of Nazi Germany. Yup, sounds pretty good. :downs:
mind controlled by a powder blown into his face
Sounds like Haitian zombie powder.
Sounds like Haitian zombie powder.
Nah, that's the shit that makes you eat your dog.
Most people's eyes are slightly asymmetrical.
EVERYONE'S eyes are asymmetrical.
I hope this piece of shit rots in hell.
at least have the balls to own up to it.
I've been wondering why his nose changes shape so drastically.
Go look at yourself in the mirror, then smile. Your nostrils flare when you smile like that. I noticed the same nose thing and had this pointed out to me.
]It's possible. He studied neural science and also went to church. Clearly 2 personalities.
What? So just because he was interested in science he can't be religious haha?
What? So just because he was interested in science he can't be religious haha?
I do wonder if people who study in science can genuinely believe the claims of religion.
I don't know about you guys, but when a crime like this is premeditated I find it hard to believe the person is schizophrenic or even had a psychotic break. Nor was Holmes suicidal; he had rigged his apartment to explode prior to the shooting in order to tie up first responders. He blasted music and was hoping someone would come into his apartment to trigger the explosives. He also was walking to his car and removing his vests, mask, and other gear, so he obviously planned to escape if possible.

He's obviously a psychopath. Also, he surrendered to the police without a fight.
Oh for fucks sake, why are people looking for conspiracies in this? The guy shot a theater full of people, and planned to kill a whole lot more. Why would anyone do that, you ask? Because he is fucking insane. That conspiracies Subreddit makes me want to kill myself.
Now you see, here's the thing. The word insane actually has a definition. Both a legal and a medical one, at that. You, in your computer chair with only what meagre information has been spoonfed to you don't get to make the call as to someone is actually insane. You know why? Because they have experts that are trained to evaluate people's heads. Just because he shot some people doesn't make him insane, it just makes him the kind of person who would shoot some people.
You have to be mentally ill to commit this kind of act. He's obviously a psychopath. Also, he surrendered to the police without a fight.
Well of course there is something inherently wrong if a person wants to end his fellow man; but this is a sort of gray area, if we treated all murderers and criminals as mentally ill anyone could claim insanity. The only difference is that severely mentally ill people easily lose the ability to determine right from wrong; they're also more impulsive.

They have to be treated in psychiatric hospitals, usually for longer than what their sentence would have been.
I hope this piece of shit rots in hell.
I honestly would rather him spend the rest of his natural life in a heavily secure penitentiary on 23 hour solitary lockdown than rely on the death penalty on the hopes that he may go to a place (Hell) that we cannot prove nor disprove exists. He wants to claim insanity and play the amnesia card, but he'll get a nice good taste of insanity when the only other human beings he will ever see again in his life are the guards bringing him his meals and escorting him to the showers. [editline]27th July 2012[/editline]
It's not liking claiming insanity is getting off the hook. They have to be treated in psychiatric hospitals, usually for longer than what their sentence would have been.
This is true, but it's substantially much less of a severe punishment. Those who really need psychiatric help deserve to get the proper treatment. Someone like this who knowingly premeditated and deliberately intended to take the lives of his fellow man deserves a prison sentence.
I do wonder if people who study in science can genuinely believe the claims of religion.
Well until the day science could explain everything, they can.
[thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/1343311812389.jpg[/thumb] I've been wondering why his nose changes shape so drastically. No doubt in my mind that he did it, but there are some very strange things, like how he told the police about the booby trap and disarmed it himself.
[thumb]http://www.calwatchdog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/obama-smoking.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Vs2xPm2eLgs/TmawaRJv3bI/AAAAAAAATQc/-YIRJ6clgbY/s1600/obama%2Bsmiling.jpg[/thumb]
FOX NEWS AT 11: OBAMA CONSPIRACY? A FAKE, A FRAUD? MORE AT 12
As said many times, your face doesn't stay the same in every expression. It's just conspiracy bullshit. When you smile, you move your facial muscles, and that movement can change the appearance of the nose. Exactly how the nose changes depends on how you smile; everybody's smile is a little different. Some people have a big toothy smile, some smiles are more like a smirk, some are snarly. Each of these smiles uses different muscles and moves the nose differently.
That's a crappy quality picture. It looks like a scan of a newspaper. Here is a better one. All the rest of his facial features are identical between the pics, except his nose. And when you smile, your nose is wider, which would account for it.
Little bit late, I know, but I felt I should point out some extremely similiar features that concludes this IS IN FACT James Holmes. The little mole on his jaw line should be a dead give-away anyhow.
Alex Jones, despite being a crazy ass conspiracy theorist, was actually talking about scopolamine. Scopolamine is used a lot in Colombia to make people willingly do anything the attacker suggests. Not saying James Holmes was definitely under the drug, but it's not like he was just pulling it out of his ass and claiming the government had chips implanted in his brain.
So much crazy stuff..

Free will is bunk.
Based on the little information we know, no one could know for sure what was going through this guys mind. Did this guy have a girlfriend or close partner? What do his parents have to say?
