• Trump may have just accidentally admitted to obstruction of justice via a Tweet

Imagine being Trumps lawyer, waking up one morning to see your client unknowingly admit to a crime on Twitter, and you advise him to just place all the blame on yourself because you have no dignity or hope left. Alternatively, imagine being a lawyer and writing accidentally incriminating tweets in your client's name. I don't even know which one is worse.
The Trump tweet reads like the end of Robocop to me. "I had to fire General Flynn because he made a mistake. Now it's time to erase that mistake." America people: "Don, you're FIRED!" RoboMueller shoots Trump out the window.
Isn't impeachment a bad idea? [t]https://i.redd.it/9k9lahuncuwx.jpg[/t]
First of all, that image is fucking huge, holy shit, please [t][/t tags that. Second of all, while Pence is awful, he's moreso a rank and file hardcore Christian Republican - which is an extremely lesser evil than what Trump is now. [editline]3rd December 2017[/editline] oh thank god you shrunk it
Isn't impeachment a bad idea? [t]https://i.redd.it/9k9lahuncuwx.jpg[/t]
I'd rather have a homophobe than a fucking manchild as our president. At least he (probably) won't start a nuclear war. He also never stated that he supported "gay conversion" therapy or electroshock treatment to reach that end.
Impeach Trump, and Pence will fall in line and be a good little boy, lest the feds come for him too.
Isn't impeachment a bad idea? [t]https://i.redd.it/9k9lahuncuwx.jpg[/t]
I mean this is assuming Pence isn't involved too, which seems possible at the moment.
Isn't impeachment a bad idea? [t]https://i.redd.it/9k9lahuncuwx.jpg[/t]
Really doesn't matter. The need to impeach Trump has nothing whatsoever to do with policy or partisanship. Trump is guilty of treason. With the help of a hostile foreign nation intent on undermining our national security and political and social stability, he attacked our Democratic process and usurped power. It doesn't matter if Trump's replacement is a fundamentalist conservative or a progressive liberal -- the need to impeach and imprison Trump is equal. Everybody, regardless of political opinion, should draw a hard line at treason.
pence doesn't have a cult of personality around him, so that's one major advantage over trump.
Speaking of Pence, "Oops." Also, Trump's lawyer's attempts to spin Trump's damaging tweet from yesterday is freshly-spun bullshit. Id like impeachment sometime after the midterms. That way if Trump and Pence go down we could possibly get Nancy Pelosi as president. I like her about as much as I did with Clinton (albeit not that much) but god damn, can you imagine the republican outrage

More people need to call out his stupidity like Dan here.
More people need to call out his stupidity like Dan here.
We have been for a year now. (Holy shit, a whole year.) Hasn't done too much so far.
We have been for a year now. (Holy shit, a whole year.) Hasn't done too much so far.
I mean en mass like the Trumpet Thumpers though, so it's not one voice of reason deluded by a giant gathering of gaggling fucktards.
I don't get how pence being scum means Trump shouldn't be held accountable for also being scum.
Contemporaneous notes by an all-parties-agreed legendarily neutral, straight-tie-and-shoelace by-the-book and practical FBI agent and department head, wherein he has multiple sources backing all his unwavering concrete statements, which he has unequivocally fully stood behind before congress, under oath, without hesitation. Versus Trump who is his own source, often alters his story, calls everything 'fake news', and had the means, motive, and opportunity to do exactly what he says he didn't and offers no other sources for his claims other than his own account. "Believe me" versus "This is my legal, sworn, account with multiple sources" Hmmmmmmmmm. I wonder which one will fly in court and which will sink.
If Pence becomes president, who becomes his VP? Does he get appointed by Pence from anyone, or is there a next-in-line for VP as well? Same for Paul Ryan if he were to shoot to the top?

if only alex jones was the vp we would no joke have a chance at a President Jones
if only alex jones was the vp we would no joke have a chance at a President Jones
Screw that, we should have Alex Jones as Press Secretary! Wasn't there that rumor that Trump was strongly eyeing Fox News personalities to take on Spicer's role? Trump should just go one step further and go straight to Alex Jones. We could have the White House deny the validity of Sandy Hook and condemn Gay Frogs.

Wait, Trump didn't fire Flynn, Flynn resigned? https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/michael-flynn-resigns-as-national-security-adviser/2017/02/13/0007c0a8-f26e-11e6-8d72-263470bf0401_story.html

That's the problem with lying, having to keep track of parallel versions of reality. Especially when you are a senior citizen with some sort of severe cognitive problem.
I absolutely do not understand how this man is still the president of the U.S. and therefore supposedly the leader of the free world. A man who tweets the wrong person when replying to Theresa May has the power to start a nuclear war. These are scary times.
The people who voted him in don’t care, the people who enable him and keep him in power don’t care, and the people who care don’t have the power to impeach him (yet)
Wow, John Dowd has confirmed that Trump knew Flynn had 'probably' lied to the FBI when he fired him and pressured Comey not to investigate https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-lawyer-says-president-knew-flynn-had-given-fbi-the-same-account-he-gave-to-vice-president/2017/12/03/5c59a620-d849-11e7-a841-2066faf731ef_story.html

This new WaPo article says he was fired ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I assume it was a 'resign or be fired' situation
