you shouldn't be talking Mr. Death Advocate
I guess you all want to live in texas, where you can murder as many teenage vandals that break into your house as you want without any consequence.
Maybe they shouldn't break into my fucking house then.
Maybe they shouldn't break into my fucking house then.
brilliant fucking logic
you shouldn't be talking Mr. Death Advocate
I'm a death advocate because I approve of gently putting mass murderers to sleep and defending my home. :allears:
holy fucking shit look at his shnoz
I'm a death advocate because I approve of gently putting mass murderers to sleep and defending my home. :allears:
yes because a guy who killed one person is a mass murderer, Lethal injection is pleasant, and all those criminals in high security prisons will eventually break out and target YOUR home.
yes because a guy who killed one person is a mass murderer, Lethal injection is pleasant, and all those criminals in high security prisons will eventually break out and target YOUR home.
I'm talking about the DC sniper, which is the only thread in which I talked about supporting someone's death.
Lethal injection is certianly more pleasant than being shot and bleeding to death. As I said, at least he had a chance to get a few last privileges before his death, unlike his victims.
No one is targetting my home, I'm just saying I wouldn't be worrying about what happens to an intruder if I feel my life is at risk.
That's disgusting that you think you can put human beings above everyone else
oh so you people are heroes?
So a guy stealing your stereo is... fair game?

theres a difference between execution and self-defense good sir, hence why I'm defending the woman's choice to justifiably kill the man in self-defense. The man was a clear present threat and fucking threw an object through her window. He attempted to rape or kill the woman and resulted in his death. That's justifiable homicide. Execution would be when the man yields, begs for his life on his knees, but she shoots him anyway to back of his head.
Advocate Defintion:
"preach: speak, plead, or argue in favor of; "The doctor advocated a smoking ban in the entire house""
Your Mr. Death Advocate because you believe in killing a human being.
Execution is an atrocious act in putting no-longer shackled and broken criminals to death. You do realize America was founded on the principle that the government doesn't have too much power? Killing people and getting away with it, is the definition of an overpowered government.
If you want the government to kill people, you have to say this unanimously with no buts:
It is OKAY to kill a living human being..

I agree, but she should have either fired to wound or further threatened him.
If that man ran into your home - don't even think about telling me you wouldn't shoot him. Who cares if he was not* armed - his intention was to rape and murder her.
Are you some sort of bizzare occult mind reader? Chances are he was breaking in to steal some shit, then sell it not rape and murder.
I agree, but she should have either fired to wound or further threatened him.
She was obviously in panic
"She went into her kitchen and saw a man trying to break in. The man saw her and screamed threats at her, Mangion said. She told him she was armed and on the phone with police, he said.
The man picked up a patio table and threw it through the patio door, Mangion said. He stepped into the kitchen and that is when she fired the fatal blast, striking him in the center of the chest, he said."
She DID inform him that she was ARMED and in phone with the police, yet he threw a table through her patio door. That shows that he has no concern of his own well-being and thus justified to shoot him to protect herself.
It sure is bad and all, but if a criminal was in my house and I had a gun, I would just shoot, because I would be too scared to take time to aim.

As I said, I agree, I just wish it could have went down a little better.
I don't know how anyone is on the criminals side with this at all. This woman did what she had to do, you hear her phone call she did not want to kill anyone she was scared and protecting her self and even warned him yet he continued to break in.
But with our fucked justice system I'm surprised they didn't put her away.

probably cause of thread title and lack of reading the OP.
It should've been "Woman kills man in self-defense during 911 call".
but execution, implying she killed a yielding and an unarmed man in cold blood, was probably a more interesting title.
If you want the government to kill people, you have to say this unanimously with no buts:

Sigh, when you put it that way, it sounds much harsher.
Still, it's not like the people burned him alive because he uses his left hand. The man was convicted of mass murder. He doesn't win any sympathy from me when it's his time to face death.
Sigh, when you put it that way, it sounds much harsher.
Cause killing someone IS harsh. Look what the terrorists have done. Douchebags drove couple of planes into our buildings.
Whereas our privacy was one of our finest rights, it is now invaded by the PATRIOT act.
Freedom of speech was also our finest right, now we can't joke around we're terorrists in air port.
You got to understand, people like terrorists and DC Sniper exists and do what they do for a reason: to instill fear and terror inside us as to destroy us from inside out.
look at Britain. It was often called America's less retarded brother.
Now, there's CCTVs everywhere, can't take pictures of cops, monitoring your online shit like us, and etc. because of terrorism like the subway bombing.
All justified because of terrorism, and they can take invade our rights. Now they use excuses like DC Sniper to KILL people and take away the HIGHEST right we have: Life.
We can't give into these guys.

Then you yourself is just as bad. Killing a living human is just as bad as killing another living human
Then you yourself is just as bad. Killing a living human is just as bad as killing another living human
Sometimes killing is needed to survive.
Sometimes killing is needed to survive.
ONLY in the case of self preservation
Then you yourself is just as bad. Killing a living human is just as bad as killing another living human
I had a hard time decyphering what you said, maybe you should reword it.
I had a hard time decyphering what you said, maybe you should reword it.
It's simple
killing is killing, no matter who it is. And it is wrong
It's simple

I figured it out but it didn't quite make sense the way you had it there. Anyway, I guess you're right.
It's simple

Then good luck injuring someone with a shotgun while they try to kill you.
If the man was armed, good for the lady. If he was unarmed, she should be charged with something. (Not murder, calm down guys)
