Which do you think is more likely to be able to calculate advanced physics?
A redneck who has been shooting guns all of his life but failed highschool
An actual scientist who has never fired a gun
This guy is fucking bad ass. Too bad he beat out us Canadians previous record. PPCLI need to one up this dude!
In account to what everyone else has said regarding Perf's question.
The Redneck.
What about a scientist who has been shooting guns all his life?
Rated artistic. This man has skill.
:aaaaa:
Why are you guys talking about guns and bullet velocities and fall speeds and shit when you probably have never used the gun in your life, so your only source is like...a wikipedia page.
They teach this stuff in schools, you know. It's pretty basic physics actually.
The only point i was trying to prove is that the faster the bullet is, the less it will drop after a certain distance, while the other guy claimed it depended on the weight of the bullet. He also completely butchered both mathemathics and physics in his posts, that shit was just wrong.
Yes, there are a lot of other factors involved in shooting, but that was not the point of the discussion. Nobody claimed they could shoot well.

Not only was it a kill over 1.54 miles, it was a double kill.
With a .338, 3000ft over the effective range of the rifle.
He really had them under a tack.
Damn, they stole it from us Canadians.
