the raptor engine is still sorta my fetish, I want to work on propulsion tech so bad but all we've got at work is a wee baby thruster for cubesats :c
Even though Mars is basically the first place to colonize, im more hoping we are able to create terraforming techniques so we can transform Venus into a habitable world. Considering it's gravity and size is almost the exact same as Earth. The only thing we have to figure out is puncturing a hole into it's atmosphere so it spills out all the excess Co2.
42 engines.. Poignant number.
The whole engine cluster reminds me of the Planet Express ship.
450 tons to Mars. That could bring the entire ISS to Mars in one launch.
Obligatory Austin Powers reference regarding the shape of this rocket.
Restaurant on the transfer ship lol

Eventually it'll get devoured by the sun expanding, I'd prefer colonizing farther out
Memeking Musk.
I bet Notch would pledge a million dollars to that Kickstarter go to Mars with a few friends and party
SpaceX 2002: A carpet and a mariachi band
"Timelines, I'm not the best at this sort of thing." Amen.

The gravity on Mars would really fuck up our insides in the long run.
A few months until they fly a flown booster if things go well. Maybe return to flight will be a flown booster?
I hope this speech will be better than JFK's "to the moon" speech.
Elon is a dancing machine!
I'm glad he's mentioning the feasibility of cargo delivery, the idea has been around for ages but SpaceX would make big money if they contracted with UPS or FedEx for delivery anywhere in the world in 45 mins.

There's probably a team of panicking engineers in Hawthorne shuffling though technical documents.
That's amazing. .
fresh content [sp]please don't respond though[/sp]
You won't be banned for this purpose made meme. Dream on, Mars man.

Who is this idiot
Toilet on mars?
That Burningman Guy was really awkward in starting his question.
Sounds like he was about to go off on a tirade about how 3 million (billion?) people don't have good toilets.
Well this Q&A went to shit quickly..
Who is this idiot
m8 the shitter is important.
