i just bought the 5 game pack last weekend too, now i could've gotten them all for free was only 7.49 though
Oh man that's shit. Luckily for you there's like 15 other games for free.
heh for burnout, they disabled the cd key. oh well.
I'm pretty sure if EA said this was a gift, everyone would be saying "thanks ea for not being pieces of shit for once!"
It can't be a gift to everybody because the code only works in US Everybody outside of US will just get mad and cause riots that they didn't get their freebies
Either way they're fucked, which is kind of sad. If they remove games from accounts and say that the code was being abused, people will bitch and whine and act like they're entitled to dozens of free games. If they try to play it off as a huge gift for PC gamers, they'll still get flak, and people will stay stupid shit like "omg ea ur gay u cant make me lik u cuz u destroded WESTWOOD!!1! fucking faggot never buying EA gaems AGAI!N1!!
Personally, I think this kinda is a huge gift. Seriously, free games? Most of them really good games? I'm enjoying this. I really hope this doesn't end up badly. If EA lets it slide, that'd be pretty cool with me.
heh for burnout, they disabled the cd key. oh well.
And so it begins? :v:
And so it begins? :v:
sims 2 was acting up as well, but it worked in the end. I guess they are starting their onslaught.
Honestly, I'd respect EA a lot more if they said that this was a big gift for X or Y reason. People will still hate them for (mostly) asinine reasons, though.
And so it begins? :v:
It will take them forever to do it if they have not disabled the coupon

I think the coupon is disabled.
I think the coupon is disabled.
I just got Dead Space with it.

To shitty DRM, and disappointing delivery with the IPs they own. When your reputation is as stained as EA's not even millions of dollars in free games is going to change peoples attitudes towards the company. It was a bug, they are going to slaughter us all. I'd bet they'll ban their entire user base :v:
I think the coupon is disabled.
People have been saying this all day, still works.
AAAAAAAAAnd now it's taking ages to load the store :(
It can't be a gift to everybody because the code only works in US Everybody outside of US will just get mad and cause riots that they didn't get their freebies
Still working here in Canada, so I won't complain :v:
People have been saying this all day, still works.
Ill give it another shot. Frankly I amazed they haven't disabled it yet, can't imagine how their database must work in order to prevent immediate fixes.
burnout has been disabled for a long time
AAAAAAAAAnd now it's taking ages to load the store :(
Just let it load. I mainly push a button, surf skyrim mods, a few minutes later open up the window to see it finally load up :v:
Just let it load. I mainly push a button, surf skyrim mods, a few minutes later open up the window to see it finally load up :v:
but i want to SLEEP!
I wonder how many EA haters used the code and are currently enjoying one or more of their games :v:
burnout has been disabled for a long time
was working earlier, now all of a sudden it stopped working. guess it's the beginning.
I noticed the orange box is there for 29.99. If i buy portal 2 (didnt check if its there), can i activate it on steam?
was working earlier, now all of a sudden it stopped working. guess it's the beginning.
Why would they start at Burnout of all things?
I wonder how many EA haters used the code and are currently enjoying one or more of their games :v:
"I hate ea but i want a free game. god DAMN THIS IS SO HARD TO CHOOSE. shit fuck it I'll get a free game from the company I hate" [editline]14th October 2012[/editline]
Why would they start at Burnout of all things?
probably most downloaded.
So since I've already downloaded everything I bought from seperate accounts, do I have to re-download everything again to link them to my new account with everything on one?
I noticed the orange box is there for 29.99. If i buy portal 2 (didnt check if its there), can i activate it on steam?
wont work on valve stuff or physical stuff
Dunno if already posted but to get all the games on your account do this: 1. Chrome incognito, don't be logged in 2. Add game to cart 3. Add promo code, game becomes free 4. Remove the game from the cart 5. Login to your main account 6. Re-add the game to your cart. On the game page it should say something like "Sale price 0.00$" 7. Finish the purchase No credit card details asked for, no invalid codes, no nothing.
For anyone using this method, can you do multiple games at once, or one at a time? [editline]14th October 2012[/editline]
I wonder how many EA haters used the code and are currently enjoying one or more of their games :v:
Free makes everything better.
do people still play the moh 2010 multiplayer?
For anyone using this method, can you do multiple games at once, or one at a time?
I'd imagine you'd have to do it one at a time, I've no idea, the store is too slow to test it out.
