It's on in the UK Appstore, for £3.
Word on the SGS i9000?
Downloading it now, I'll let you know when it's done.
Yeah I can totally run this on my HTC Hero Gonna do this shit
Just take a few spare batteries, or in the case of iOS, a few spare iPhones with you. :v:
Or carry a pocket charger.
Word on the SGS i9000?
Yeah, it doesn't work on the SGS i9000. It just maxes out the CPU and the only way of closing it is taking the battery out.
"This app is compatible with your T-Mobile Samsung GT-I8150." I really don't want to download it only to find out i've wasted money.

Runs fine on my HTC Desire Z though a little bit slow. Would probably help to overclock it and get a faster SD card which I'll partition a small bit of as SWAP. Though I'll wait with that until there's a stable ICS ROM for it.
my phone is not supported :[
Runs fine on my HTC Desire Z though a little bit slow.
Well that certainly is nice. Kinda sucks we can't use the physical keyboard for controls though :smith: Are you running the stock HTC ROM, that shit is slow.
Well that certainly is nice. Kinda sucks we can't use the physical keyboard for controls though :smith: Are you running the stock HTC ROM, that shit is slow.
Cyanogenmod7 version 7.0.3 (If i remember right, too lazy to doublecheck)
Runs really well on my Optimus 2x. It really is GTA III and nothing has been left out. The touch controls work really well. Now my friend can't say that Android only has shitty flash games with terrible controls.
Now my friend can't say that Android only has shitty flash games with terrible controls.
But that describes iOS too
I wouldn't mind if they updated the PC version as well. I've played it quite recently, and the 10th anniversary edition does look a lot better.
why the fuck doesn't it support the samsung galaxy s 2 but the damn atrix

Not for Galaxy S2? Well, this isn't for me then. And I was really looking forward to it...

eat shit and die

They're shooting themselves in the foot by not selling for the S II, one of the most fucking popular android phones. Actually scratch that, they're taking a chainsaw to the foot and bathing it in battery acid.

It's compatible with my SGS2 and many other SGS2 owners on XDA are confirming that. We don't even have to use Chainfire. Also, I live in Austria and it's available here...
Just to confirm things even further, it clearly states on the official R* site that it's plainly available for SII http://www.rockstargames.com/newswire/article/19851/grand-theft-auto-iii-10-year-anniversary-edition-now-available-f.html
Just tried it on my Ipod Touch 4g. Framerate is a bit choppy and you can definitely tell it's running at lower graphic settings compared to the iphone4s and ipad2 versions. Shadows are missing and the car models are the old low poly versions from PS2 and PC (instead of higher poly xbox models). Overall it seems like a solid game though. I was worried about the controls being shitty but surprisingly it's pretty easy to play.
I have it on the SII. Works flawlessly, looks nice, and worth the money.
If it shows up in the market, that means it supports it, right? I may have to OC my phone to 1.3ghz
Works on my S2 and on my old i9000, albeit at a lower framerate than the S2. Rockstar clearly doesn't actually know what phones they support.
my piece of shit ipod 2G doesn't support it :(
Any word of it working on the HTC Evo?
why the fuck doesn't it support the samsung galaxy s 2 but the damn atrix
Because the Atrix rocks :v:
I'm kind of disappointed that the SGSII version has terrible graphics compared to the iPhone 4S version, but I overall it's amazing. Especially the controls. I really didn't expect them to be this non-horrible. When I first played GTA3 on my PC it ran at about 3FPS and now it runs completely smooth on my fucking mobile phone! Also I think they left blood out. No matter how long I beat random pedestrians with my baseball bat, they never start bleeding.

Just bought it on my HP Touchpad. [editline]18th December 2011[/editline] Anyone know how to open the in-game menu and map?
Touch minimap for big map. Touch the home icon under the minimap for the menu.
Alright wither I'm as blind as bat or something ain't rift here... I seem to have no menu button.
Holy fuck almost half a gig. That's pretty goddamn big for a cell phone game. Can't wait for it to be released in the USA.
Same size as the PC version actually. Or, almost. Pc version was 700mb +/- installed.
