Why do people assume all Muslims are part of a hive mind?
Because they're different

the wonders of my newsfeed i think im more disgusted at the amount of people in agreement with these wankers
Call them out for the ignorant bastards they are.
Call them out for the ignorant bastards they are.
with 20+ likes per status, wouldn't he pretty much get shafted if he posted anything? still, call them out.
From the video there is a crashed car and blood surrounding it. From a visual judgement it looks like the two suspects have targeted the victim on the pavement, ran him over then dragged him into the road and slaughtered him.
The idea of wearing Help For Heroes shirts is spreading. http://shop.helpforheroes.org.uk/ Site has crashed.
Why do people assume all Muslims are part of a hive mind?
Different beliefs, different colour skin, media hysteria, there's dozens of reasons.

Your obviously a push over and politically correct. Get your head out of your ass and see that perhaps these people did these acts of violence because they know that our country is to weak to do anything about it. So if the muslim extremists decide to one day knock on your door and cut up your family, ask yourself, would you change your point of view?

Harrowing.

Afterwards gets set free, given a new name and identity, and gets government money to go on living. Not only that but he feels he's fulfilled his 'divine duty' and actually done something 'good'. Will he ever feel remorse? Probably not. Does he give a shit? Probably not.

I would be surprised if any of those people are actually meaning to refer to all Muslims, I'm sure that many would have Muslim friends without thinking twice about it. Unfortunately, as is often the case whenever these situations arise, people look for a way to vent their outrage and the word 'Muslim' is the easiest and nearest target. On a positive note, I've noticed that more and more people are of the immediate opinion that not all 'Muslims' share values with extremists.
Ok wait I get it now. IM the mug for thinking its stupid to generalise a group of people for the actions of a minority? yeaaaa
According to BBC News Both French President Francois Hollande and MP Nick Raynsford said the dead man had been a soldier at Woolwich barracks. Um. What? I know he's currently visiting the PM, but how would he know that?
What makes me furious is that a British soldier was killed in broad daylight by one of his "fellow countrymen" who is speaking like he is from the middle east because he converts to Islam. If only the Tower had the gallows back.

Not that I'm expecting anyone to be stupid enough to tackle a guy with a load of knives, but there seems to be a large portion of time in which people just watched WITH THEIR PHONES OUT! I mean, fucking hell. Charlie Brooker did a similar point in an episode of Black Mirror!
I wouldn't be a moron and blame an entire religion, composed of millions of people with their own sense of morals for the actions of a small minority.
Religion is the fucking problem. Beliefs are the fucking problem. Even scientists (who made pretty much everything you see around you possible) don't ever have 100% certainty in anything - in fact - things can only ever be disproved by experimentation. They have reason to believe that something is accurate, so they test that. You can bounce a ball 10 trillion times, but that still isn't enough times to say that it 100% will bounce if you throw it at the floor again. Nothing can be proven 100% true, we can however get it pretty fucking accurate, which has allowed us to advance technologically as much as we have. Scientists defend their theories but wait in expectation of a better explanation existing in the future, or even something that disproves it entirely. So what gives someone the right to believe some totally bat-shit theory and have '100% certainty' in it? Why is that even considered to be acceptable normality by anyone's standard? Nothing is 100% Certain. Only people who are 100% certain that something is absolutely true would ever consider killing someone over it, which is what we've seen here. What does 'religious belief' actually contribute apart from ammunition for religious people and psuedo-atheists to argue over, ammunition to justify killing people over, ammunition to justify committing hate crimes over. Does your religious belief make you 'happy'? Great, enjoy it. Does your religious belief make you hate or want to kill people? Fuck off then.

I just realized i was flicking through porn while having the news about beheaded people in london in the background. I think im gonna wait for some conclusions instead.
I didn't realise the EDL/SDL were religious groups?
there's something beautifully ironic about inciting violence against an ethnic group because they're apparently violent
