You're a p. terribad libertarian based on your description of libertarians.
How so? All a Libertarian believes in is Liberty and the protection of those Liberties.
How so? All a Libertarian believes in is Liberty and the protection of those Liberties.
Any smart libertarian does not equate any form of government to worship.
Any smart libertarian does not equate any form of government to worship.
I don't get what you're saying.
I don't get what you're saying.
A communist government is not a pseudo-religious worship of government. It serves the same purpose of protection and prosperity only through a means that does not emphasize protection via individualism. All forms of government have that same goal, the issue is whether or not you agree with that government's means to which it meets that end.
Libertarians are just batshit insane Conservatives.
:ironicat:
Despite what all of you say (well, at the least on the first page) I think The President's speech was very good, I mean try speaking in front of well over 300 MILLION people. In fact, I was motivated by the speech (being in high school it shouldn't be too odd). I feel pity for our nation right now, as so many of us lack respect for our PRESIDENT, I mean he is working very fucking hard to get our nation to be it's best (to the best that his role is able to). So... I am happy to be "indoctrinated" by our President's "socialist (communist, as they say) ravings"
I am a Libertarian but I believe in Universal Healthcare because I don't believe that should be a business, since it is about protecting a persons life and well-being. It would be like a company controlling the military IMHO.
Health care isn't a right. You can't go up to a doctor and demand he help you without being paying him. Yes, you can go to the emergency room, but you have to pay later. Government regulates health care too much already. For example, state governments prohibit insurance companies from selling insurance to people in other states. [editline]09:30PM[/editline]
Any smart libertarian does not equate any form of government to worship.
He was saying that a Communist government is revered for providing everything to it's people. So people "worship" the government to get stuff from them. Worship was the wrong word, but it means almost the same thing.
I've always thought that picture was stupid until I looked at it I mean come on he's flying from an exploding helicopter on a skateboard
with fuckin nunchucks :D
'' Im president John Henry Obama...President of america, president of the enclave, president...of your heart.''
no

How can you get stuff from the government, when, in a true communist country, you would already co-own that stuff with everyone else in the nation? Don't instantly equate communism with Stalinism.
The depressing thing is that my (old) school sent out messages to all the parents informing them of this speech and that they had the option to have their children go to separate rooms if they didn't want their children to hear the presidents speech.

I wish I could skip those damn "inspirational" assemblies and shit too. They didn't do anything except bore me. [editline]03:46AM[/editline]
Health care isn't a right.
Stalinism is communism though. Same with Leninism and Maoism. That's the way communism works out in the real world.
No it's not. Stalinism flies in the face of the actual set up of communism.
Karl Marx in blackface, really I'm starting to turn into Hitler/Stalin after seeing his speech god I feel so brainwashed and indoctrinated
No it's not. Stalinism flies in the face of the actual set up of communism.
Stalinism is communism in the real world.
No it's not. Stalinism flies in the face of the actual set up of communism.
You're just mad because he had you assassinated.
Stalinism is communism in the real world.
More like, an ideology of failed worker states, based on a cult of personality.
Stalinism is communism in the real world.
That's like saying rabbits are unicorns in the real world. Communism and Stalinism have no similarities. [editline]08:59PM[/editline]
You're just mad because he had you assassinated.
You know how hard it is to read with a hole in your brain?
That's like saying rabbits are unicorns in the real world. Communism and Stalinism have no similarities. [editline]08:59PM[/editline] You know how hard it is to read with a hole in your brain?
Stalinists call themselves communists. Every government that calls itself communist turns out in some way similar.
Why not? I don't think someone should have to pay to be kept alive like that.
And a doctor shouldn't have to work for free. Government healthcare is just redistribution of wealth.
And a doctor shouldn't have to work for free. Government healthcare is just redistribution of wealth.
Aye, I bet firefighters back in the day were thinking the same.
We had to do a rhetorical analysis on this speech in English yesterday.
You know how hard it is to read with a hole in your brain?
They should do a human interest piece on how inspiring and amazing a story it is for someone to survive so long with an ice pick in their face.
They should do a human interest piece on how inspiring and amazing a story it is for someone to survive so long with an ice pick in their face.
I sometimes wonder why no one questioned the fact that the dude was carrying an ice axe around in Mexico, like he's going to be scaling the snowy peaks.
You have to use them to traverse the frigid caves of a mexican whore's vagina
And a doctor shouldn't have to work for free. Government healthcare is just redistribution of wealth.
Police don't work for free either. What's your point?
And a doctor shouldn't have to work for free. Government healthcare is just redistribution of wealth.
Doctors don't work for free in socialized healthcare systems.
Stalinists call themselves communists. Every government that calls itself communist turns out in some way similar.
And Robert Mugabe referers hims country as a democratic republic. IT's no such thing. By that logic, all republics fail? Just calling yourself something doesn't make it so. [editline]06:35AM[/editline]
They should do a human interest piece on how inspiring and amazing a story it is for someone to survive so long with an ice pick in their face.
Then proceeded to beat the ever loving shit out of Mercader.

ice picks at dawn!
And Robert Mugabe referers hims country as a democratic republic. IT's no such thing. By that logic, all republics fail? Just calling yourself something doesn't make it so.
The difference is Democratic Republics have actually worked. All communist governments have turned into opressive totalitarian systems.
