Actually it's just chicken really. They fry it which makes it a little more fatty but it's not exactly deadly to eat. As part of a balanced diet it shouldn't have any effect on you even if you eat it once a week.
Why would people go to somewhere like McDonalds or KFC or Burger King if they wanted healthy food. This shit does my head in.. Yeah okay maybe it's nice to know that the burger I'm eating is actually 100% beef and not 10% birds left nipple but even so I doubt it would bother me any other way because I'm there for the taste, not it's calorie content.

It's not about calories or weightloss, it's about the unneccessary shit they use. Palm oil is really not good, it's great they're switching to rapeseed oil.

Please do elaborate further on this, I've looked up the pros and cons to using each type of oil you described and they can only be attributed to health factors such as heart disease and such.
Which is pretty much what we have been arguing we don't give a damn about since this thread started.
I feel like KFC has been going downhill since about 3-4 years ago. I'm by no means fat, my metabolism is awesome but I miss the days of eating the greasy crunchy chicken that was hot and tasty. They seem to have ruined it.. every time I go here in North Carolina it's not like it was in Minnesota.
