He's far from Christian. Honestly, just because someone disagrees with you, does not mean they're part of the opposite side.
when religion is dragged into politics meant to fit more than just Christians... then yeah. Badshit evil egocentric motherfucker in my eyes.
So would it be better if they said "LOL No. Fuck the faggots." or what?
Would be better if they didn't take decades to do so and only do it when they're in a crisis. It's opportunism.
Somehow I feel like this should have been announced after the potential election of Obama. This might make them lose more votes than they'll gain. Still very good news though.
Ok. Did you know the republican party's preferential practices mimicks Satanism more than Christianity? Thought not, you gullible blop of bible indoctination.
How come whenever someone disagrees with you, you call them "Christian" and in the most vile possible way? Tbh, it makes you look like an asshole who can't stand the fact that other people have opinions.
Would be better if they didn't take decades to do so and only do it when they're in a crisis. It's opportunism.
So you're basically saying it's bad because they didn't do it before? So since they missed their chance, you'd rather them not do it at all?

Just have them logically sound and don't impose your insane abusive doctrine in order to opress people different than you. That's evil, if you didn't notice...
Aren't republicans supposed to all be about smaller government, people controlling less etc. So why is it that the republicans aren't doing any of this, and the democrats are?
Deluded twisting of reality. In their version of reality, the democrats are 'big government' because they want to change things that have been one way since forever. They see themselves as 'small government' because they're unwilling to change it.
Opinions are fine. Just have them logically sound and don't impose your insane abusive doctrine in order to opress people different than you. That's evil, if you didn't notice...
"Opinions are fine, as long as I agree with them" Get over yourself. They're people's opinions, no matter how different they might be to your own. I support gay marriage, but calling all Christians "gullible blobs of bible indoctrination" is just as ignorant as calling all gay people "sinning child molesting maggots."
Just have them logically sound and don't impose your insane abusive doctrine in order to oppress people different than you.
Its funny cause this is exactly what you do. The instant someone says something you don't like, you start spouting shit, effectively suppressing their opinion. Just shut the fuck up, and reasonably respond for once.
As good as this sounds, this can easily cause democratics to lose the election. I don't know exactly how split up America is, but any Americans that supported Democratics but are more religious, will more than likely swap to Republicans. At this point, everyone should be cemented in what ever position they were leaning towards.
So you're basically saying it's bad because they didn't do it before? So since they missed their chance, you'd rather them not do it at all?
It's bad because they're pretending it's something other than pathetic pandering and empty gestures. Nobody said anything about chance, try reading. Where was this progressivism in the rest of this 'left' party's history when LGBT rights first started becoming an issue? Why wasn't this considered in 08 with the whole 'CHANGE' mantra? Is this a hard concept to grasp or something? Do you not believe our politicians are opportunists?
"Republicans officially lose Key West and San Francisco in (insert election year here) election."

If you want to get elected, you need to get the votes. This sort of topic is the kind that can either make you win, or lose terribly. If they supported this back in 08, we may have had a different president chosen. And with this current standings, the Dems could have just sealed their fate.

He was obviously indoctrinated since birth to have a vile and vocal hatred for the United States, every single one of its residents, and anything associated with either of those (Christianity being one of them). He can't help it anymore than a sane person could help their sexuality. Best to just rate him dumb and move on.
I agree, this is awful. The Democrats and Republicans should work together, compromise, and form a middle ground when it comes to the topic of basic human dignity.
Bullshit. Republicans are clearly wrong, you don't compromise when you're right. This is not some middleschool dispute there is no middle ground to take.
I agree, this is awful. The Democrats and Republicans should work together, compromise, and form a middle ground when it comes to the topic of basic human dignity.
How do you compromise on civil rights?
Would be better if they didn't take decades to do so and only do it when they're in a crisis. It's opportunism.
Yes, because Barack Obama is literally every democrat from the last 50 years.

Church of Satan is pretty much the most popular form of Satanism, and they support human rights for all people (and any form of sin since it always leads to immediate pleasure) because that's the opposite of what was said in the bible. Church of Satan is fucking amazing.
Being the opposite of what's in the Bible is pretty stupid because you're also going to be the opposite the good stuff as well.
Nah, in the same way that you can somehow "interpret" all the shit about slavery into something good, if you read God and Jesus as elitists (which makes sense given what they say and do) then you get a fairly comprehensive moral guide. Although it's a very self-centered one.
This is sure to anger the closeted Republicans.
