What they usually do is just a joke to the camera, sometimes with a friend - everyday home videos. They're already rich, and most Vine stars do this every day without complaining because it's normal.

i'd imagine there's a lot of pressure with each video if you have a huge audience though. lots of quality control and drafting to make sure you keep your subscribers
maybe some of them are rich but most of them aren't by any means, all you need is an iphone
