I disagree. With games, especially games that have no betas or demos, you have no knowledge if the game will work or not. If it turns out that the devs released a broken game where thousands of people can't play it is robbing people of their money. It's impossible to predict that the game you buy will have bugs in it that will limit your ability to play or not. It's similar to buying a car that is billed to be healthy, but then you drive out of the lot and the engine explodes.
