You wouldn't get so much shit about complaining about us complaining if you didn't complain about us complaining.
All this thunder and lightning is very very frightening :(
Didn't even hear anything last night
Today is absolutely pissing it
Could do with some rain, all the grass has practically died in my area although it's been fun laughing at friends with Hay Fever.

In that case America's not allowed to complain about being snowed in anywhere during winter as it's always snowy in the British Antarctic Territories and they never have a problem
Well I think the UK is mostly back to normal, mostly...
I don't think I've heard lightning as loud as that before, or frequent.
All of you guys are lucky with the rain. I'm still boiling and burning in the heat and sun here.
was like a damn monsoon last night, I wished I walked outside that would have been cool...
would have felt like this:

hottest day in years then ridiculous thunderstorm only hours after?
I don't think so.

This. Had thunder going off every minute or so for a good 20 minutes here, poured it down too, now it's back to being a clear day.
That lighting last night was fucking amazing, I've never in my lifetime seen the sky light up as much until yesterday.

Winters are better because you can easily get warmer, but it's pretty difficult to cool down.
It woke me up from sleep, I love thunderstorms so I'm sad I didn't stay up to watch it.
sounded like a bomb was gong off, weird because it was blue sky one side but a huge ass black cloud the other
Got it pretty good here in the midlands from about half 4, loudest thunder I've heard in quite a while!
Ran straight outside, best feeling ever :v:
heard the thunder and literally shat myself
We had some serious Thunder and Lighting this morning, It was literally the loudest I've ever heard.
Didn't get any here, pretty disappointed :(
EDIT: Scratch that, it just started pissing it down!
we just had heavy rain over here about 2 hours ago.
Can hear storms too

its a nice, cosy time of year. I prefer it over Summer
I heard it was supposed to storm all day today/yesterday? It was spitting for a bit earlier but nothing else..
Also I prefer the cold and the rain to heat, I can actually sleep comfortably and don't have to shower 3 times a day.
I'm still pissed that I didn't see a drop of rain all night down here (Hampshire)
please tell me the UK is equipped to handle rain...
God is angry at you guys for censoring porn
england is built around the rain
its a way of life
It's been sunny all morning in Portsmouth, but I can see grey clouds on the horizon to the north...
No thunder yet in Manchester but there was a downpour this morning.
I'm bloody happy. I've been hiding in the house until dusk to avoid the daytime sun, but I love a bit of rain.
At least the weather is shitty just in time for the kids.
I slept through the entire thing.
Fucks sake...
You guys should send some of that shit to Germany, they predict it will get up to 40°C on the next weekend, that's fucked up.

There was thunder and lightning in Manchester, it hit the main train station and caused major signal disruptions.
