Yay !
Of course having 2 parents is better than 1, that's just basic logic.
I'd rather be teased my I have two dads (this is a common joke btw), rather than be teased my father is a meth addict and my mother is a prostitute.
Yes becuase all straight couples never work out and are abusive :downs:

Don't know bout you but I think when couples adopt I think it's because they think they can support their children well. Doesn't nearly always work out that well in a lot of straight couples, you know.
What are you gonna tell us next? That breathing hurts and shortens our life span?
I guess that explains me.
You didn't have a mum, just two dads with a science kit.
/joke
Kids in class will have fun yay
-What's your dad's name?
-Peter
-What's your mom's name?
-Andy
my parents are both straight and i've been raised just fine,
but gay couples can do the same also if you have gay parents
does this mean theres a high chance you be will gay?
I have a single mother and I think I'd rather keep my mother rather than have two gay men bringing me up. And that's coming from a gay person.
AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO NOTICED ONE OF THESE MEN IS NAMED ROD COX?!?!?!?!?!

Single Mothers turn kids gay because of the feminine influence.

not really

That would depend on the mental situation of the gay parent.
I assume like with straight people there are gays who think that it would be wrong to be different.

Unless she has a daughter
Unless she has a daughter
Then the daughter will turn gay?

I'm sorry that's bullshit.
I rarely see my dad until about an hour before I normally go to sleep, but I'm pretty straight.

Because if you're gay in Arabia, you get your dick chopped off
I say all kids should be raised in communal homes and receive the same education and bringing up because this would be for the greater good.
Oh, that's a good argument, let's compare two gay parents to one straight one, that way we can say the gay parents are better. Saying that two gay parents are just the same as two straight ones wouldn't be quite as effective of a statement.
I'd actually like to read the full article, but as far as success in school is concerned, there are a lot of studies that show that rich families and good neighborhoods have a strong correlation with overall academic success. I think we should be worrying about that.
As far as the straight parents vs. gay parents, I find all of these studies to be potentially biased because this a debated topic. Some studies focus on academic success, while others on the stability, I'd say it's a gray zone until these kinds of studies begin to come to the same conclusion. Especially since this
This is obviously inconsistent with the widespread claim that children must be raised by a mother and a father to do well.
Makes it seem like this study is a response to the studies that show the straight families are better.
This makes perfect sense, a home with two adults will always trump one with one adult.
wait, how could they adopt the child?
did i miss the whole "gay marriage is legal" thing?
Except I never plan on adopting a child.

No, I'm talking about the "Chavs" of Britain, who tend to live with their mothers and sisters, they will be influenced by the females in his family, which messes around with the human brain's psychology and then he will be subliminally gay. Then he will be aggressive a lot of the time because he still thinks that he isn't gay, and wanks off to pictures of women. Which won't have the same effect if he did it to Men or giving himself Auto-Anal.
I have two lesbians for parents and I grew up fine :keke:

That's because you're male, and lesbians tend to act more masculine and it rubs off on you.
Jesus christ, having gay parents doesn't make you gay.

Sexual orientation doesn't have anything to do with masculinity or femininity you big fat dummy.

But it isn't just that two gay parents are better than one straight parent, it's that gay couples are just as capable of raising healthy, normal children. Which is true.

I'm not big or dumb.
I'm not big or dumb.
if you weren't dumb you wouldn't make dumb posts containing objectively untrue misconceptions about homosexuality

If this were true, I would think men could reproduce with themselves. But they can't.
Therefore, this study is probably missing something.
