Trump tweets: The media is the 'enemy of the American people'

Trump doesn't seem to realize he's not the only one with a giant ego. I think he's going to lose this game he's playing when he pisses the wrong person off.

Obama had so much dignity and charisma that the president ticker hit 100% and flipped over back to zero.

I'm pretty sure Bush was better than Trump.
It has to be.
Because he's not talking about media in general, just shit media companies
while at the same time propping up worse ones that constantly spread lies and misinformation, because they put him on a pedestal.
Because he's not talking about media in general, just media companies that report the truths that he doesn't want the American people to know.
Fixed that for you, bud.

(ones that disagree with him)

"Lel I unironically tweet about lügenpresse #MAGA"
God, I can't wait for this piece of shit to be impeached.
A Poll Just came out on Fox News, Note Usually their polls are non-biased.
Slightly more voters find the White House more truthful than the media, according to the latest Fox News Poll.
In addition, most feel the press is tougher on President Trump than it was on President Obama. But that may be a positive development, as a majority thinks aggressive coverage of the presidency is good for the country.
By a slim 45-42 percent margin, more voters say they trust the Trump administration to “tell the public the truth” than the reporters who cover the White House. Ten percent say neither.

There are the expected partisan differences. Eight in 10 Republicans (81 percent) trust the Trump administration more to tell the truth, while roughly the same portion of Democrats trust the media (79 percent). Independents are twice as likely to put their faith in Trump as the press (52-26 percent), while 16 percent say neither.
We're fucked.
Because he's not talking about media in general, just shit media companies
Shit media companies shouldn't be called the enemy of the people under any circumstances, especially not by the president.
But even if that were true, no, it doesn't seem to be "shit" media companies are his target. It seems to be media companies that run pieces critical of him, his associates, or his policies.
Because he's not talking about media in general, just shit media companies
So that's why he has a hard on for sites like Breitbart.
Get fucking real.
Then you aren't paying close enough attention. Dismissing quantifiable fact as a lie to further an agenda is a key element of fascism.
I'm busy working on a forth position. The basic premise everyone is nutters due to ideology.
Due realize I work on deconverting right extremists on the net for fun. He isn't claimed to be one.
Trumps has an authoritarian side to his personality and is a narcissistic asshole, nothing more.

We are not in a fascist society but an illiberal free market republic democracy gone wrong

That position just makes you look like a 'nutter', though. As I pointed out last night, and you ignored.
You said it once your self. Both sides are filled with crazies and idiots. Do I have to pull up your post concerning this observation?
Besides by saying my fourth position is making look me nutter is proving the premise correct. It uses the same structure and technique s both left and right use to gain control over the individual to create a state.
If by using the same structure and tatics makes me look nutters, then by proxy you re agreeing with the idea both left and right makes it's adherents into nutters.

Nobody's arguing we're living in a fascist society in the here and now, people are arguing that we are running the risk of living in a fascist society in the near future precisely because of that authoritarian personality and twenty mile narcissistic streak

Please do. Pull up the post where I said "both sides are filled with crazies and idiots", or anything even approaching that conclusion. Because I remember damn well that I've never said that. What I have said, and will continue to say, is that you need to get out and actually get some life experience. You're way too far up your own ass to understand how the world works, and your views are setting off extremist red flags.
Hes right for the wrong reasons.
I always laugh when I see these stories, because America didn't have to end up this way. But no, a few damn emails on a private server were too much for American voters.

This is the argument I hear against Trump being fascist: "He hasn't censored the press or broken through checks and balances, therefore it's dumb to call him Hitler."
And some people will still defend the orange fuhrer(including here on facepunch).

And the negligent email servers are still a bigger issue than Russian collusion, according to Trump supporters. The issue with the recent leaks is that it happened and it's a national security risk for things to be leaking.
Hes right for the wrong reasons.
What do you mean?
This is the argument I hear against Trump being fascist: "He hasn't censored the press or broken through checks and balances, therefore it's dumb to call him Hitler."
Or Trump and the Japanese PM discussing national security and possibly secure information in a Trump ballroom surrounded by unvetted civilians. Or Trump still using his personal phone.
Can one of you tech savvy types please make a Chrome extension that replaces all instances of "fake news" with "fake tan"? Thanks.
It's been almost half an hour now, Guriosity. Please, you said you could produce a post of mine in which I said that both sides are 'filled' with crazies and idiots. I'm still waiting.

I would rather 8 more years of Bush than 4 years of Trump. And that's pretty fucking sad.

At this point I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Trump started tweeting about how we need to do something about the Bat Boy menace.
So do we have a name decided for what the rebellion is going to be called, or do we just wanna make it a spur of the moment thing for when Easy D declares the beginning of his thousand year rule?
