Even if it's not, it may as well be, given the billions upon billions of stars in our galaxy alone.
aliens live amongst us, man!!!
Feels good man!
i'm a level 3 xenomorph chest burster.

We need a "Well, fuck your shit" rating.

Only 2 things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, I'm not sure about the first though.
Guess you're right :v:

Oh word you seen the end?
I wonder how would they look like.
Maybe like those weird things you see on hentai, with tentacles and everything. Then my dream of seeing someone being raped by them will be accomplished.
It's pretty much a guarantee that we will eventually make contact with aliens and colonize all over the universe way down the line. When I think about it though, it makes me really sad because I/we have no hope of ever experiencing that unless in the next 60 years immortality becomes both real and cheap. All we can really do is just fantasize about it. Plus, I'm sure contact will be peaceful as long as we don't invade their planet or anything. I seriously doubt any intelligent species that has a chance to learn and get information about another intelligent species would screw it up and attack us like some people think. I REALLY want to know how we will actually contact them though. Obviously they wouldn't know english (or any other earth language), but they wouldn't recognize any body language either, so I can't imagine any way we could actually communicate effectively.
I'm not too scared of aliens really.
Think about it: You are an alien. You have the physical stamina, and technological ability, to travel light years in space to get from your planet to Earth. You are like those Sherpa guides who climb Mt Everest every day, guiding rich tourists up there. Meanwhile, Earth people, who have barely made it to their own Moon, are like the fat rich tourists who get winded two hours from the summit of Mt Everest and expect YOU to carry them up the rest of the way because it's IMPORTANT they take a picture of themselves up there.
So these Earth people say "Welcome Aliens, we greet you in peace! By the way, can you give us a ride to your planet and anywhere else there may be valuable resources, kthnx."
Would you have anything to do with them? I wouldn't. There HAVE to be more interesting lifeforms for aliens to interact with than Earthlings.
There's always the theory that no species has ever made it past the nuclear stage, since they inevitability blow themselves up before they get to leave their planet.
Also the fact that it's possible that traveling outside the solar system/galexy is impossible.
Or the fact that we're the first ones (possibly the only ones) to make it this far, so technically in the future we will find aliens and exploit them.
Also, if you look at it from a star trek stand point, it's possible aliens have visited our planet, but since we were/are technologically impaired compared to them, they didn't share their vast knowledge with us.
I'm guessing this report was just done with a few new numbers input in the drake equation.
what they don't on the moons right?
what they don't on the moons right?
what.
All humans are, evolutionary, "neo-teens". We have psychology of a child for our whole life. Not sure if there ever was an adult human, maybe just some monkey, but until we become a completely formed specie (if that's even possible given our constant change of enviroment and inter-racial breeding), we have no chance of being helped.
The point is, imagine aliens consider coming to Earth. What can you discuss or negotiate with a bunch of children? That's why they wouldn't want to contact us even if they ever find us.
