yeah on that I just read the first thing you said and rated you dumb tbh dude
there was no way in hell i was going to read the essay you wrote, sorry
it's so weird, i was watching 'the downfall' the other day and it perfectly fits with this. for anyone who hasnt already watched it, its very accurate down to how the actors look like the people they're portraying. great film with full on accuracy of hitlers last few days before his suicide. its a german film but i watched it with subtitles, great film.
Nope, instead it's full of people trying to paint him (heh) as some sort of tortured misunderstood soul who deserves our sympathy because he got a bit upset before he killed himself.
I actually never said any of that, I still think he was a horrible person and monstrous killer. I still think it's a shame to see human life waist away though, This being said I'd also prefer he'd been locked up for the rest of his life having to watch the repercussions of his actions from a cell.
i went back in time and voted for hitler

And look at where your fascist examples led their countries to.

There seems to be a pattern of having your country having the living shit bombed out of when you're trying to get your country back on track.
kind of odd, but he sent Hess to negotiate peace terms with the UK in 1941, although he got captured
Hitler was enraged that Hess did that
He did seem a bit erratic and disorganised in Mein Kampf, he'd go off on tangents and delve into irrelevance. Didn't know he had actual issues :( poor old Hitler
Don't think I'm racist or anything after this comment but
It's really sad because if you forget the whole "holocaust" thing Hitler was just like any other person.
And he was a damn good artist too. If only the academy had accepted him, none of World War II probably would have happened.
Hitlers artwork was pretty sub-par.
They were neutral.
and fascist, which kind of goes against caboose's point
I imagine Hitler did have a breakdown in his last few days considering all that shit he had to react to. Getting banned from Xbox Live etc
and fascist, which kind of goes against caboose's point
Franco still supported the Axis and threw troops towards the Axis's war effort, not to mention how his own fascist regime was grown out of a civil war.

Fegelian's antics didn't help much either.

No, it wasn't 'sub-par'. That's an above average amount of artistic talent.
Especially with painting, fuck painting.

Salazar also allowed allied troops to build a military base in the Azores. Granted, it happened because the allies threatened to take them by force.

It's still pretty uninspiring and uninteresting, this is the exact image I thought of when I posted that, bland emotionless copying is all I see, pick it apart, make up alternate reasoning and draw far-fetched conclusions all you like but an art academy would expect more.
Granted I could do no better but that's because I never tried to become an artist :v:
Remember. Britain and France declared war on Germany.
Hitler and Edward VIII were pretty great friends.

Edward VIII was a pretty shit Monarch wasn't he? He was fine with Germany's aggression so long as they kept the commies away.
If you think about it, Hitler's dream of close UK-German relations came true especially due to the great trade relations we have with them.
I think I remember hearing somewhere that the "killing Jews" thing was more ordered by Himmler or somesuch. I'm probably wrong, though.
I'm pretty sure the original plan was to simply deport all jews from Germany, but no country wanted to take them, so some "alternatives" were presented, including castration and such. But it was the opinion of many party officials that the "german people" want to be rid of jews right now and not in 70 years, so they decided to go for extermination. These decisions were made in the wannsee Conference in 1942. I could be wrong, but this is my current understanding.

I am an artist, but whether or not you are an artist does not matter, 'bland copying' is still art.
When you're taught art, they don't teach you exact repetition, but they do teach you to give an impression as close to the real thing as possible, which is what this is, which is what the Mona Lisa is, and which is what many different pieces are.
'Art', while commonly known as this flamboyant difference between someone copying and someone rubbing their tits in paint and body-slamming a canvas, is still art when you have to copy stuff. That's why art was made for god's sake, they didn't have cameras and all that shit, and needed to record information.
I might add he was in such a deteriorated state from medication was the result of his doctors trying to kill him off, they over medicated him with high doses of pills in hopes he would just die. What actually happened though was he just dwelled even worse into madness and got more Germans killed as a result. Hitler was literally a rotting psychopath near the end of the war.

Hitler didn't want to kill the Jews, he wanted to kill the Serbians though.

But art is supposed to be superior, something to be admired and looked up to. If copying the world is what's superior then the world is always superior to art which makes art not superior at all.

To me art is anything that looks nice.

Okay so he was the pulp-fiction writer of the art world.

...And? Are you implying that makes Britain and France the aggressors?
What
Hitler always had this idea that the real threat was the Russians and looked up to the British or something.
like a good portion of Mien Kampf was hitler bumming england
Not England specifically: Britain. Marischal College in Aberdeen was his favourite building - that he would have liked as a second-home if he had won.
Is that the building he requested not to be bombed?
