It is ultra-light.

To give you an example, once I was jurying teen court and this girl got ~40 hours of community service just because the girls she was babysitting shoplifted under her watch.

I understand that is teen court and there are standard minimums for that, but holy crap is 48 hours for conspiring to us Butyric acid on a mass group of people light.

It can also depend on the ppm of the chemical they were planning to use or how apologetic they were or how they didn't do it.

Using that chemical hazard sheet is disingenuous editorializing. The hazard sheet for chlorine lists how it kills you from inhalation, and that doesn't stop us from bathing in water that has it.
