you are fucking annoying.
You paid Indians and the Hawaiians?
[editline]12:22AM[/editline]
this is news to me
But the Hawaiians and Indians were granted full citizenship (although it took a long time for that to be extended to the Indians), and hell, a Hawaiian born citizen is currently the president. It's not really comparable to pure resource exploitation ala India in the British Empire.
Trying to use two examples (especially ones so weak as those) to show Imperialism is pretty ridiculous, though. Every country in the world (the vast majority, anyway) were founded and expanded via the exploitation, wholesale slaughter or homogenization of the indigenous people. This doesn't prove every nation in the world to be Imperialistic, though. Is Canada imperialistic for its exploitation of Amerindians?
American bases spreading across the world is the strongest argument for Imperialism, but it's still pretty weak. If the local people put on a strong enough show, the Americans are gone. Okinawa is a good example of this sentiment starting, although the protesters are far from the majority.
Most countries are very happy to have the Americans there. It guarantees the American military's support in the event of an invasion, and they're paid for the land.
Obama is dumb, Just because he left Iraq... the terrorists in Iraq are funded by Iran, I'm pretty sure the Iranians try to collapse the new government of Iraq just to conquer it.
fucking terrorist, and fucking iran... the pure evil....

You seem to negate two things: A: people are NOT happy to have Americans there, and B: the genocide of Indians.

care to prove that?
care to prove that?
If i worked at a global worldwide banking or money transfer bullshit, i could.
But everybody knows Iran supplies Hezbollah and Hamas.
lets imagine the most bizarre scenario which is, Iran has nukes and it gives them to Al qaeda, and the nukes being smuggled into cities around the world....

Again, prove it.

He's using a self anecdote for supporting an argument.
well as much as warhol is right about how bad the US is and how all americans deserve to die and perish for their crimes against humanity and gays I think personally that he shouldn't get emotional about a historical argument.
This is an obvious last gasp of desperation on behalf of the insurgency, each firefight they lose dozens of men, each battle they lose thousands, they are an unsustainable business model - nothing lasts forever and especially when you operate so haphazardly.

They don't lose close to that many, and each firefight that produces dead civilians and insurgents can just as easily create more insurgents.
These attacks seem to me a way to show that the Americans didn't accomplish their goal of crushing the insurgency.
^^^Obvious trolls are obvious.
Will Iraq ever be a good place? For the past years it's been a total shithole.
Lol there is kind of a reason for that...
Lol there is kind of a reason for that...
Even before that, it was a shithole.
Lol there is kind of a reason for that...
I assume you think it was American interventionism that lead to the modern state of Iraq. You should probably read up on the British Empire, in that case.
Even before that, it was a shithole.
It was an ordered shithole.
