but im trying to make the point that the religion isnt the extreme bit, the situation they are raised in is, and i think that is important because these so-called extremist atheists miss the opportunity to actually grasp the problem

if you're an r/atheist extremist who rambles on about how religion ruins countries, yet you dont support the rights and liberation of women and LGBT's everywhere to have control over their own lives and bodies, something which has time and time again shown to be the biggest factor in how free and liberal a society is, then you're just making a lot of noise that wont go anywhere

but extremism is completely different from being mentally unstable and i resent the fact that youd imply that
