I am asking a perfectly honest question, with no intention of being stupid or attempting to offend. If I was using someone's name in a sentence and they were genderless what do I say? I guess I could say, "They are coming" or "They are here" but it feels a bit impersonal especially if they have just arrived and you refer to them in the third person.
