This is the reason why you buy a shotgun, and then when squatters come along: instead of calling the police, you tell them to fuck off.
It's no good if it's in your house. Admittedly, though, I'd just go and buy another one. If legally permitted, I'd force them all outside, line them all up, and curb stomp them one by one. I fucking hate thieves, in any form.
How fucking ridiculous.
Bleach and ammonia. If you watched any documentary about Hitler in WW1 you know what mustard gas can do.
Tear Gas.

Scare them, if not moving out, use tear gas. :smug:
The fact that laws like this exist boggle my mind. Look at those smug fucks!
What the fucking shit is this? And that photo of them being all smug makes me even more pissed off.
I spent five years of my life squatting in an abandoned house after I got thrown out my apartment, and I still think this is BS.
Atleast it was an abandoned house, you didn't go "Oh hey, that guy has a nice house, let's take it."
Unbelieveable I have no idea how this isn't breaking and entering, it's your fucking property you own it and you don't want these cocksuckers there the fact you weren't there at the time doesn't give them any right. If you were there and they did that shit you'd say it was tresspassing well it is tresspassing and if the police didn't do shit I'd gather up some of my friends get a few cricket bats and kick the fucking front door in >:
man this would be an awesome prank
What the fuck. How is that even possible.
If I were in a situation like this, (I hope I never will be), I would just make it a living hell for the squatters. I'd turn off power and water going into the building before anything else. Without those two, the house would literally become uninhabitable. 15 squatters and no working toilets. Now that is hell.

I like how they claim that the neighbours said there's no one been living there for two years which'd totally ignore that it probably looks like a construction site if the place is being renovated, also this is the second time I've heard of something like this happening, the first time was some old bloke who was taking his dog for a walk and some squatters pretty much broke in.
Looks like he's gonna have to renovate again once those squatters leave, who knows how much they'll trash the place before they're forced out.
But think about the mess you'd have to clean up when they pissed off.
Reguardless of what makes the squatters leave, there still would be a mess. Nothing a lot of Clorox, Detergent and Oxyclean can't handle. As well as a fumagator.
"WE DON'T HAVE JOBS THEREFORE WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO STEAL YOUR HOUSE WHILE YOU'RE NOT IN IT" This sounds like a very consistent legal system I approve
They claim the fact they cannot afford to rent gives them the right to take over the Victorian property in Camberwell, South-East London.
Brb, gonna go to the local off-license and steal all the booze I can't afford.
How the fuck isn't this illegal? They should tear-gas the place and flush the fuckers out.
I personally think that squatting should be legal till the owner comes back, once the owner's back they have to leave unless it has been more than 20 odd years.
Oh god no
BRB moving to the UK and never paying for a home again.
I personally think that squatting should be legal till the owner comes back, once the owner's back they have to leave unless it has been more than 20 odd years.
There are plenty of people who rent out their homes while going on vacation or long trips. However, the keyword in such a situation is mutual agreement. Trespassing should never be legal because you simply can't foresee what the unwanted guests may do. Chances are people breaking into your home would trash it, you wouldn't want that right?
There are plenty of people who rent out their homes while going on vacation or long trips. Also breaking or dirting anything with out replacing it would be illegal.
Read the rest of my post :frog:
Putting squatters without property or money in jail won't repair your house or replace your broken or stolen belongings. I'm pretty sure you personally wouldn't entrust your valued property in the hands of bums you've never seen before. If social problems create the need for squatting, these problems need to be fixed. We can't force people to let up their property against their will.
There are tonnes of empty homes that need to be used, wouldn't squatting be a way to solve that?
Yes, but only if there is a way to guarantee no harm comes to the property or the owner of the property, which there is not. [editline]22nd October 2010[/editline] Maybe registering your property in a system that would allocate it to registered users in need would give the owner a small tax relief or something. Then there would be some incentive to let other people occupy your vacant house under controlled circumstances.
If he finds out they've even broken one thing he can take them to court and get them to pay for every bit of damage in the house.
acquire dead skunk place skunk next to building wait
"WE DON'T HAVE JOBS THEREFORE WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO STEAL YOUR HOUSE WHILE YOU'RE NOT IN IT" This sounds like a very consistent legal system I approve
There was one a few years back where a guy had built a shack in the grounds of a multi million pound mansion, and was squatting on the land. After 10 years he got a slice of the land. I fucking hate the UK's retarded laws.
The position of a registered landowner was significantly improved by the Land Registration Act of 2002. Where land is registered, the adverse possessor may apply to be registered as owner after 10 years[13] of adverse possession and the Land Registry must give notice to the true owner of this application.[14] This gives the landowner a statutory period of time [65 business days] to object to the adverse possession, and if they do so the application fails. Otherwise, the squatter becomes the registered properietor according to the land registry. If the true owner is unable to evict the squatter in the two years following the first application, the squatter can apply again after this period and be successful despite the opposition of the owner. The process effectively prevents the removal of a landowner's right to property without his knowledge, while ensuring squatters have a fair way exercising their rights.
Yup after 10 years, they legally own the land.
