Meh the picture frame says Mohamed is great and its hung above the toilet.
Kinda abvious that the mapper put it there for a reason since its the only pictureframe in the whole game with this text on it.

Just patch it and be done with it. The muslim in the video who reported this just wanted a patch and an appology and not the map taken down.

Also I don't really understand why everyone is so angry in the thread. The writing about Muhammad on the frame of the painting isn't allowed in the bathroom according to Muslim religion. All I could see for pages and pages were people thinking that it was the tree somehow.
