I don't remember if it was Sky or BBC or something but I definitely heard from a reputable source earlier that rubber bullets were authorised to be used if the Met deems it necessary

I believe its more their parents fault, not raising them properly and not forcing them to visit school.
This, and the fact that a large number of schools are a complete waste of time. All they really do is give kids their first insight into how much they can get away with.
Most schools have a discipline system that basically says: "Don't do that, or I'll tell you not to do it again!"

We have to pay a lot for university

Schools also are not teaching these people anything that they want to learn. They lure you in with the promise of blowing stuff up in science and then all you end up doing is measuring how much water a leaf can hold in different conditions. Even then you don't actually do anything practical. School is also better for girls than boys; different types of learning.
Once someone decides they don't like school, they behave badly, then they either get a reaction which they enjoy or excluded from a place they don't like.
I heard they raided a McDonalds and started cooking there own food.

That's if you manage to get into what I would call a semi-decent school.
At the school I went to you wouldn't do anything in science, because the teachers spent entire lessons trying to stop the retards from destroying the room. My parents ended up taking me out of school completely and home-educating me and my sister.
The only multicultural failure in England is the one whites made up as an excuse to treat minorities like shit
I don't think you can really comment on that, you don't even live here.
We have to pay a lot for university
Not if you live in Scotland. :smug:
I would vote for UKIP, i love Farage even if he is a giant asshole.
Whether or not you agree with their views I doubt that they would actually be competant leaders. It would be a bad thing if they ever got into power, which they won't any time in the near future.
Explain how "multicultural Britain" has failed.
I go to a university where there are a lot of students from different cultural backgrounds.
There are a lot of chinese, arabic and african people.
They are almost entirely separate groups. The chinese hang out with the chinese, the arabs hang out with the arabs, the africans hang out with the africans and the whites hang out with other whites, with a few exceptions.
Is this successful multiculturalism?

University is nothing like real life.

I feel I should point out that actually Britain is one of the most successfully multicultural societies in the world. It isn't great, but most other countries are worse.
A lot of people don't realise this, mainly because it's things that you don't notice.
University is nothing like real life.
I used to have a t-shirt with this printed on it.
I hate the idea of Britain being British, because I really don't like most British people. Which is very unfortunate when you live in England.
Why do I make these dumb posts?
I'm lost, have there been any more riots since Liverpool?
I wish UK luck.
The past five years saw a decrease in knife crime and mugging incidents. People were less suspiscious of a person in a hoodie on the streets.
Now however... they've fucked themselves over and will get not a drop of respect from anyone.
It's kind of funny how with these riot cleanups, Cameron's Big Society thing is basically playing out without him actually doing jackshit, while his attempts to actually make Big Society happen have all fucked up and everyone laughed at him

Thanks, such a stereotypical opinion there.
If they were fighting for a cause.. maybe they'd get somewhere in life. But they are just being pathetic scum.
Why should I hear 3 sirens at 4am?
My nan is blames this all on blacks, she is Italien

A fire.
Be honest, how many of you chaps from the UK want firearms legalized now?
Be honest, how many of you chaps from the UK want firearms legalized now?
Hopefully none, that would be retarded.
Be honest, how many of you chaps from the UK want firearms legalized now?
Yeah, "let's have everyone shot in the streets" now instead of smashing windows.
Be honest, how many of you chaps from the UK want firearms legalized now?
I don't really want rioters and looters armed with guns. Thanks all the same.
Be honest, how many of you chaps from the UK want firearms legalized now?
Nobody. We're civilized people mostly.
Be honest, how many of you chaps from the UK want firearms legalized now?
Yup, rioters with guns makes things a whole load better. Right?
[editline].[/editline]
I think I'll pass on a street-wide firefight.
Be honest, how many of you chaps from the UK want firearms legalized now?
No one. (Even though they are anyway, but we still get lectures from ignorant americans on occasion).
Does anyone know what answer Cameron gave to the reporter who asked if Police should not be cut in London now?
About fucking time,
"BREAKING NEWS Prime Minister David Cameron Nothing is off the table. There are contingency plans for water cannon to be used at 24 hours notice."
[editline]10th August 2011[/editline]
Does anyone know what answer Cameron gave to the reporter who asked if Police should not be cut in London now?
"1119: Prime Minister David Cameron On police funding: We won't do anything that will reduce the amount of visible policing on our streets."
If that's what you mean? I've also read elsewhere that there wouldn't be any changes to the met
