It's kind of funny how people often criticise the huge number of CCTV cameras in London but a lot of the rioters would get away without them
Yeah we should be using the far more humane method of bombing peaceful protesters like Gaddafi did.
I can't tell if they're seriously trying to convince the UN, if they're just going "haha UK has riots how ironic" or if they're just using it as domestic propaganda

People in Syria and Libya riot for freedom, people in the UK riot since they want a new iphone.

At least now when I play Hellgate: London, the locations look more realistic.

What's happening there?
Hezzy's a cop [editline]10th August 2011[/editline] UK government basically told the Irish not to go to England. That's pretty bad :v: "Pls don't come to our country it's pretty dangerous."
This is pretty cool, never seen one before
I assume the ground effects on that truck are so it's harder to tip over. That would be a good vehicle to have in a zombie apocalypse.
I assume the ground effects on that truck are so it's harder to tip over. That would be a good vehicle to have in a zombie apocalypse.
It also prevents people throwing Molotov's etc under it.
Shouldn't the wheels be covered as well? I saw that on a few Brazilian riot police cars
There's not a lot people can do to the wheels without guns, besides, a cops would be surrounding it most of the time it isn't moving I imagine.
Can't tell if serious
Good to see they take international relations seriously. I can see why people are not recognizing them as the legit government.
This is the brochure http://www.jankel.com/resource/5m3995u3cz9qzu6brbxjzjfh.1%20-%2023-09-09%5D.pdf it has an 'overt sniper position'
Fucking monkeys, this doesn't have any motivation behind it other than causing violence. It's the same stupid teenagers and failures of a persons that go to G8s to cause violence, they are angry with everything because they will never amount to anything. Great to see that the government is acknowledging this and not trying to understand them. There is nothing to understand, these are the kind of people that, if you helped them when wounded, would afterwards stab you and steal everything you have. They deserve nothing more than a baton to the teeth.
This is pretty cool, never seen one before
They are pretty much designed to respond to terror and riots. They are ideal for this sort of situation. They look fucking badass as well.
What we could do with, is the Comedian from The Watchmen, right about now. He could just waltz up to a crowd of people and start launching grenades and firing live shotgun rounds into it. [editline]10th August 2011[/editline]
They are pretty much designed to respond to terror and riots. They are ideal for this sort of situation. It's starting to get dark, is anything happening yet?
It's starting to get dark, is anything happening yet?
its as if you want something to happen.
Did they ever end up getting out the water cannons?
It's starting to get dark, is anything happening yet?
I already got myself a tv, ipad and the new iphone. You are out late.
That 'removal of rioter's benefits' petition is doubly stupid because, as Britain is signatory of the European Convention of Human Rights, it legally can't bring in Ex Post Facto (Retroactive) criminal legislation. I'm tempted to post that fact to someone like the Daily Fail or the The Sun to upset them and cause more pointless Eurorage.
This is pretty cool, never seen one before
That's the smaller one
Our local police have started putting pictures of rioters on their website, it's engrossing reading!
Did they ever end up getting out the water cannons?
Not yet, they need 24 hours notice and would only request them if the riots were getting worse, and they're dying down
I already got myself a tv, ipad and the new iphone. You are out late.
Yeah? Well I stole a shop!
