There's a chopper flying around near my house. I really hope this isn't a bad sign.
Where abouts are you (if you don't mind telling the entire internet)
Good news your street might be on tv. If it gets set on fire.
Apparently there is rioting going on round the corner from me.
It's dead here :v:
"Patrick Wetergreen, a BBC IT technician, tells us he saw looters on Portabello Road, which is near his west London home. He says several car windows on the street were smashed, a moped was on fire and he saw about 50 people, the majority of whom had covered their faces. "
It's kicked off in Clacton but they've only burned the QD and noone shopped there anyway
Can anyone think what else Cameron can do except send in the army if riots continue tomorrow? I don't think he'll want to send in the army but I can't think of any other options if they continue for another day

Oh no. My friend lives on Portabello Road. I hope he's all right.

Fuck I live like 15 minutes away from Clacton, this is literally the last place I thought it would spread to.

Semi confirmed by FPers and half of twitter

Yeah, despite having Jaywick nearby I kind of thought of here as the quiet part of Essex

Confirmed.

It's only really broke out in Toxteth, the shit-skid on the underpants of Liverpool.

Since there don't appear to be enough police officers, the army seems like the only option.

if this hasn't already been posted
holy shit I didn't think it was that bad.
"They've* avoided the book store for obvious reasons, none of these cunts can read."

He will tell them they have been very naughty and to stop it at once.
I am surpised this is still going on, the student protests died out around midnight. Is it warm out tonight?
If it happens in Clacton it better not spread to Colchester.
"There are reports of a fire at the Sony warehouse in Enfield, north London. "
The BBC are now officially reporting its spread to Liverpool.
There's a chopper flying around near my house. I really hope this isn't a bad sign.
Also I can hear one not far from my house.
I hope this doesn't spread to liverpool otherwise I am so fucked

Exactly. He has to do something, he can't come back from holiday, hold an emergency COBRA meeting then come out and say "we're doing nothing LOL" and I don't know what he can possibly do except deploy the army
As Cameron was a member of the bullington club, i bet he will feel right at home smashing peoples homes and lively hoods.
I wouldn't be surprised if this continued through the night, seeing as it kicked off much earlier today than the other days.
They seriously need to send in the military before this gets too large and people and groups start rioting for their own agendas(more political, rather than hurr hurr looting), if that hasn't started already.

As I said in the other ( Late ) thread, send in the PSNI in some number. They are more accustomed to very violent situations. If Northern Ireland tought us anything, it's that the army is a really bad idea.
They just went to the weather report.
'Hi there, tommorow it looks like many parts of england will remain unsettled with a new wave of high pressure moving in from the Atlantic.'
Was just watching the BBC news, and apparently 25 youths broke into a McDonalds with hammers and stole food and money from the tills... seriously, food?

Hehe. Then again, the Bullingdon Club would book rooms in restaurants, trash it, then write a cheque to cover the repair costs.

Soldiers are not trained to be cops. They are trained to kill people, and that's what will happen if they are sent to london.
No riots tomorrow - everyones at home watching their new tv

Looting apparently makes people hungry.
