They're such cowards. It's funny seeing people trying to act hard by holding their arms wide like they want a fight whilst simultaneously hurrying backwards away from the police. However, it's sad seeing the police slow down instead of tackling them to the ground and beating the shit out of them. We need Gene Hunt.

I see your attempt at being an unnamed hero didn't go well.

Fuck off weatherman, I don't give a shit if it's going to rain on the rioters.
Where are the damn water cannons? Where is all the teargas? Fire rubberbullets.
Stop being cowards, no one will pull the racist card anymore.

Is he serious about the stuff in Rainham and Chatham? I live in Gillingham, which is litteraly next to the two.
Disperse the fuckers so the fire crews can get in.

We have none of these things here.
I'm assuming the law is going to change once this is over.
Here come the armored cars...
...awesome...

I hope something changes, like riot gear and protocol.

The armoured cars with people with batons in their hands inside of them. How useful.
I hope something changes, like riot gear and protocol.
We don't even have water cannons
We don't even have water cannons
Hence why I said gear and protocol changes, like getting water cannons and tear gas and learning how and when to use them.
you could have a vigilanty dressed up in full riot gear going round beating the crap out of looters, and the met would get into no trouble whatsoever.

Our police force was just horribly unprepared for this
The armoured cars with people with batons in their hands inside of them. How useful.
Strange that i saw the people get out, huh?

I bet you it won't, nothing changed after the G20 protests, nothing after the multiple Student protests or the cut's protests recently.
Although this is MUCH bigger.

I was just guessing what was inside of them.

As I said earlier, the UK has got those things - but unfortunately they're all deployed/kept in Northern Ireland, and we may start seeing them being put into use after the COBRA meeting tomorrow.
We have none of these things here.
So that's why, looks like it's time to buy some.

That's stupid, when G20 happened here shit changed BEFORE it, we got a ton of new shit in and fenced off a few block of downtown, then wrongfully arrested anyone who got near it. They also got tons of new shield, vans, and non-lethal and lethal weapons, just in case. Used several of the pepperspray shotgun shells if I remember, and tons of the minivans they got, they'd roll up, take 2 people, drag them into the van, and drive off.
Just chased away a group of around 3 people kicking someone's car on my street. what do you know, i guess cricket bats do look threatening.
The looters ran away from Halford's, they did not manage to break into, they didn't carry any stuff, they pretty much failed and only set the alarm off. Police got here around 5 mins, quick enough. 3 of them ran into the street neighbouring from my house and I could see them clearly as they were standing opposite to my window.
It's pretty funny the Indian corner shop where I live has like 3 cctv cameras outside, none one shall break into it :v:
