Nearly 8 million :eng101:
Whoops. Well, the same point stands I guess :v:
It's about time we sent Chuck Norris in to put an end to this madness.
Weed wasn't used for recreational use in the 1800s ?
Stop contorting my points, I don't care if they used it or not, they weren't cunts.
Birmingham had it rough last night.
They're talking about how they're going to crack down on the rioters but if they do catch them where are they going to put them all?
My friend was talking to a couple looters. Apparently he got out his 2 new JD jackets and was excited about getting croydon tonight, wimbledon aswell.
Shit someone's died. A man from Croyden was shot.
Current death toll: 1 Fuck this.
Scotland Yard just confirmed a 26 yr old man has died from gunshot wounds from last night
what're you doing here at this time of day?
I wonder if it was a rioter or some poor dude. Probably the latter.
He was shot yesterday but died in Hospital I think.
He was shot yesterday but died in Hospital I think.
Yeah, he was shot at about 9pm last night. There could be more, earlier they were saying a man in his sixties was in hospital with life-threatening head injuries.
what was the fool doing out last night.
what was the fool doing out last night.
Desperately trying to get home I would assume.
The black guy who just spoke on BBC rose some excellent points. Should be a politician, not a youth worker.
This is just fucking disgusting. They aren't rioting for a cause or because of one, they're just thugs who want to have a mass arson and looting rampage. And it takes the piss that they're endangering and injuring, even trying to kill innocent civilians just because they're there. I don't want to be British anymore. Rate me late, I know.
what was the fool doing out last night.
No-one has said yet, but two people were arrested at the same time for handling stolen goods. Whether they were him, or if they had tried to car-jack him or whatever, I don't know.
The black guy who just spoke on BBC rose some excellent points. Should be a politician, not a youth worker.
Can you post the gist of what he said; I missed it.
The black guy who just spoke on BBC rose some excellent points. Politicians do seem to be rather ineffective at changing even minor things after all.
So, are they hitting the West End tonight?
Perhaps he wants to actually make an active difference to people on the street. If a politician wants to change something they've got to persuade the rest of them. Since these people are generally poor then any one who wants to improve their quality of life would have to persuade the conservatives, like that will ever happen.
A friend of my said there was some form of rioting in Hounslow (close to where I live). Can anyone confirm this? I can't find anything about it online or on TV.
Shit someone's died. A man from Croyden was shot.
it's Croydon, no 'e' there
This is just fucked up.

Apparently people are intending to hit Oxford tonight.
This can honestly only get worse.
McDonalds in Headington had it's windows smashed out last night, as well as there being rumours that people tried to set it on fire.
