Fuck the laser cannons, we need excel for where were going.
That scammer could crash the PLEX market thou, if he bought all PLEXes on the market, prices would go up (or down?), lots.
"Lost profit"? Do you have any idea how PLEX work?
uh... yes? they add 30 days to your game time.
...Game time that you would otherwise have to pay for. :downs:

Someone still has to buy that PLEX with real money, that goes straight into CCPs pocket, genius.
EVE is a miniature world.
The corporation you control holds influence on the economy itself.
Fuck. You could make veldspar cost 10,000 ISK through the Gallente Space fields.

you're right. I wasn't aware that they were entirely player-sold.

you have to buy them with real money to get them in the game poopfart
Funny thing is, this is all legal.
Bernie Madoff ain't got shit on this guy.
Funny thing is, this is all legal.
Why wouldn't it be legal?
Eve is a good game. It was a story much like this one that originally made me subscribe.
1 ISK = 0.06 hours then 13456 ISK = 93 hours then 1 million ISK = 9300 hours.
I make a million isk in about a minute of work. I can make 100 million in about 10 minutes if I get a better strip mining ship and kick in an alt. I'm considering doing that since I have enough ISK for a PLEX code for my main and I have an unused serial for my alt.
So now the whole fanbase knows who this guy is; how is he even going to use the money in a game which probably has turned completely hostile to him? Or at least he must've made some powerful enemies.
Dangit Bobby.

If only there was a Zing-rating..
He made profit off of the tears of his clients.
The tears of boredom that is.
That's even worse than when the Kestrel got blown up with 734 PLEX. God damn, this game is mighty crazy, but I still love it.
Also the learning curve is a good barrier against your generic MMO idiot, but there are still plenty of those in this game.
Why the FUCK Would you transport 734 PLEX's on a KESTREL?! What an IDIOT
EvE Is awesome because Everything in the game, everything you can do in the game, is intended to be there, including scamming people. Sure the majority of them sit in Jita spamming Send me any amount of Isk I'll give you 3X back, but the really good ones make great stories, and you will not see it in any other game out there. It's an Unforgiving world. In real life, you treat your PC as if you have a keylogger on it after visiting a porn site. Well in EvE, You treat everyone like they're going to take your shit the instant you turn around. It's the only safe way to play
The only words and actions that you can trust in EvE, Are your own
I didn't know MUFC2007 played EVE
When I mined I made 1 million in about 30 minutes, if I remember correctly.

That scammer could crash the PLEX market thou, if he bought all PLEXes on the market, prices would go up (or down?), lots.
Prices would go up because demand > supply.

then you realise he could probably sell it to an ISK seller or sell the account
suddenly it isn't imaginary.
though the people that do this are scum, and usually macro.

scum lol, whatever you say miss goody two-shoes.
Fun stuff. The most I've ever had in solid/liquid assets on EVE is about 1 billion ISK... 850 billion. Holy fuck.
[editline]8:03[/editline]
Well what the hell is he going to do with all that ISK...? He could make a major market move.

What's the point of playing in a MMO in where they're no real bad guys, just NPCs...
This reminds me of that story of that guy who was a spy for like a year in real life trying to work his way up the social ladder in the game and eventually stole some massive amount of ISK. I don't remember the detail of that story, but it sure was epic.
[editline]05:39PM[/editline]
It was different from this story.

hahaha I love this quote
For the amount of effort this took, why not just get a job? It's going to take him another year to even sell all those subscriptions.
lotta nerds up in this thread. ISK is worth nothing, it's a made up digital currency.

Implying paper money isn't worthless in itself
