Maybe it's a remake of the old Unreal.
Lots of dev's are remaking their old games in HD.

This. First Unreal is one of my favourite FPS games of all time.
Maybe they just wanted to change the website because they felt like it.
Maybe its XBLA game.

Repetitive. It was good for its time but by today's standards, it's a run and gun with some minor placeholder story elements.

This, or that they're reviving Jazz Jackrabbit 3 and doing it as a sidescroller, not like the alpha version that was leaked.
The thing is, that image they posted looks quite like a badge of some sort, so I'd imagine something as official as Unreal 4 Engine.
It won't be a new engine... That is quite a bit away yet and it's going to be a console exclusive.
I really doubt this is Gears 3 or anything of the sort. Unreal 3 sounds correct.
I just hope it isn't covered in realism grit.
I forgot where I heard it but it was an interview for Cliffy B I think, possibly oxm. It said they were not going to make another unreal tournament for a while and work on gears instead. They might have said they wanted a new franchise though. I can't remember much. I just remember it said ut isn't top priority right now.
