none of you people even have valid arguments or opinions. "think of the children" is not a reason for indecency laws to exist. the only reason people have the belief that nudity and sexuality is harmful to children is because it's illegal and they are taught it's bad. laws based on such bullshit are detrimental to society
Actually it has the benefit of preventing possible sexual harassment in public.

Ok I will think of what seems to be the public opinion then.
I don't want to go out and see people having sex when they could do it in private.
It's how society has evolved, deal with it.
I'm going to bed now, this is going nowhere.
"we" were doing fine with segregation, too. but that doesn't make it okay
you're actually comparing segregation to people having sex in public?
:suicide:
Actually it has the benefit of preventing possible sexual harassment in public.
sexual harassment exists because people are sexually repressed. people are sexually repressed because these laws exist.
try again next time
sexual harassment exists because people are sexually repressed. people are sexually repressed because these laws exist.

so if you dislike being held down and forcefully raped, you're sexually repressed?
and if you dislike some random person you've never met feeling you up in public, you're repressed?
sexual harassment exists because people are sexually repressed. people are sexually repressed because these laws exist.

Even if people were naked all the time sexual harassment would still happen.

So you think that if everyone was suddenly allowed to go and have sex in public sexual harassment would just all of a sudden stop. Erm nope.

It would also be a lot harder to detect as well.
so if you dislike being held down and forcefully raped, you're sexually repressed?

rape and molestation is not sexual harassment
i honestly can't tell if sanius is trolling or just really, REALLY stupid
rape and molestation is not sexual harassment
if you say so, i guess that makes it true
[editline]4th June 2011[/editline]
care to reply to this?
you're actually comparing segregation to people having sex in public?
:suicide:
or are you just going to ignore it like everything else that you're wrong about.
rape and molestation is not sexual harassment
It still counts
rape and molestation is not sexual harassment
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_harassment
It includes a range of behavior from seemingly mild transgressions and annoyances to actual sexual abuse or sexual assault.[2]
:fuckoff:
sexual harassment exists because people are sexually repressed. people are sexually repressed because these laws exist.

Sexual harassment exists because people are either fucked in the head or just think with their dick too much.
i honestly can't tell if sanius is trolling or just really, REALLY stupid
Welcome to his world.
Looks like Sanius abandoned thread
I have the weirdest boner right now.
i honestly can't tell if sanius is trolling or just really, REALLY stupid

I think it's a mixture of both.
Looks like Sanius abandoned thread
It's about time.
Anyways, this is awful.
It seems there are two general ends of a spectrum as far as views on sex go:

One end thinks sex is something that everyone should enjoy and shouldn't really entail a relationship

One end things it's a private thing and doesn't want it to be extremely mainstream and public
Again it is a spectrum, people can be in between.
Sure, fine, if you're in the former group, go out and find a club called Club Imagination and have a wild 300-person orgy. Fine, go ahead.
The problem lies in the fact that so often, people from the former group will see instances like this of people forcing their views on people in the LATTER group, and ask "Oh well what's wrong with that? It needs to be LEGAL!"
If you want to have wild sex do it privately. We don't want to see it.
If a person who has had sex with 1000 people in the past year sees someone NOT having sex in the street he is not offended.
If a person who has had sex with two people in her life sees someone who IS having sex in the street she is offended
He left, i came.
Let's see the facts
Fact 1) they had SIMULATED sex, however they were partially nude.
Fact 2) SIMULATED fucking sex, there's absolutely no reason to say that it was Indecent, for fuck sakes it's like saying simulated murder is REAL murder.
Fact 3) There is a point to what they did even though i don't understand what the point would be, i would like to know their side of the argument, there's always more story to this because "express our love" is not believable, and besides offcials didn't comment and i seriously doubt they had full coverage on this, so there's only half truth in the article which is the "offended people :downs:" part.
what i think about all this is that this not the thread to discuss ethics or religion but rather the understanding what lead them to do that.
I am not offended, if you feel offended, then that's when it gets personal to YOU and one more reason to keep your opinion to yourself, go blog about how much you suck god's dick. Same goes for the "atheist" posts.
Now, regardless of what you little shits think about this, we cannot have a MATURE solid argument without the activist's perspective of what they were doing, we have to analyze the reasons in order to see if we can get a consensus of what they are trying to change (assuming they didn't do just for shits and giggles) and if there's something and government/whatever can do about it.
The way they did it might not be completely mature, but it is original.
This thread is over.
the freedom to do what I want with my own body is the most basic and essential human right

Fact 2) SIMULATED fucking sex, there's absolutely no reason to say that it was Indecent, for fuck sakes it's like saying simulated murder is REAL murder.
So getting your tits out like that in public isn't indecent, let alone all the other things?
Fact 3) There is a point to what they did even though i don't understand what the point would be, i would like to know their side of the argument, there's always more story to this because "express our love" is not believable, and besides offcials didn't comment and i seriously doubt they had full coverage on this, so there's only half truth in the article which is the "offended people :downs:" part.
Well, I wiki'd the name of the organization mentioned in the article and apparently it's got something to do with raising money for rainforests by way of doing porn-related stuff.
what i think about all this is that this not the thread to discuss ethics
Yeah, no. These people exposed themselves like this in one of the most unsuitable places you can think of, let's totally not bring ethics into this.
Now, regardless of what you little shits think about this, we cannot have a MATURE solid argument
You're not helping.
If you seriously take enough offense to this to want these people put in jail, sorry to say, but your sensibilities are incredibly weak.
So getting your tits out like that in public isn't indecent, let alone all the other things?
Men aren't punished for not wearing shirts, why should women be?
I'm predicting that the answer is "because that's how society evolved"
the freedom to do what I want with my own body is the most basic and essential human right
No body wants to see you naked or having sex with someone else
not saying you did, just trying to get your stance on the issue
my stance on the issue is that these people being annoying and interrupting other people is a bigger deal than the fact they were naked and the situation should be treated accordingly
the freedom to do what I want with my own body is the most basic and essential human right
I thought about what you wrote just now and it makes sense, full freedom for oneself while not messing with other peoples freedom.
For instance, assuming there is that kind of freedom, if someone sees you naked and is offended, they're free to feel offended however you're not actually stepping on their freedom, because
1) Seeing implies vision and what you see doesn't mean that it's Your(the offended) freedom
2) the people offended are free to be naked as well, invalidating the "offense", if you're still offended while being naked at the same time then you would have some really deep psychological issues and lack of confidence with your body.
This is just a technicality anyway.
So the fault here is not the fact that they were naked and and the other party was offended, the fault is the social cultural paradigm that you're in. while i respect multiculturalism i think that in the present and future we should review what needs change, because if you think about it, absolutely no physical damage was made(if it caused psychological damage to you i would recommend seeing a psychiatrist because that is not .. normal.), and in the future if these subtle changes occur, while adding more freedom for ONEself, actually prevents a lot of people from being upset like in this thread.
And overall the world would/will be a happy place for everyone.
EDIT: this post nulls everyone's I'm offended argument.
TL;DL, We get it, we do, but until something changes, deal with it.
am i seriously the only guy trying to make a GOOD post in this thread or are you really a 10 year old troll with no real argument?
I'm trying, but it's hard when the opposition consists of "no one wants to see you naked", and "it's indecent".
