You fucking what?
That's absolutely insane. I'm still rocking six, and can run pretty much anything.
I just tried the game again, and fuck me if it doesn't actually run worse. With everything on low I managed 25 FPS, and then I opened the mission wheel and the game ground to a halt that it spent 2 minutes recycling the sound of the Batmobiles tyres before I Alt+F4'd it. What a crock of shit, they should be ashamed of themselves.
This is hilarious.
Did they get programmers from a middle school class or something? They spend multiple months working on fixing the game, and somehow make it worse.
Weird, I actually thought it was fixed and gave it a 100% playthrough a few weeks back with little in the way of issues.
I guess I just got lucky.
I got this game at launch and had very few problems.
I get more problems now
Seems like problems today are features

According to their own requirements, still currently displayed on Steam, the minimum RAM is supposed to be 6GB and the recommended is 8GB.
They have seriously fucked up. Which actually saddens me because I wanted to play it, but my only console is a Wii U so it's PC or nothing.
I'm glad I watched a video wallthrough with a guy commentating(not during cutscenes) and then just replayed Asylum, City and Origins
Ah don't worry guys, they got a TF2 promotional thing going, so everything's tooootally fine ;)
[sp]It feels like they only pulled the game so they could introduce promo items for TF2 lol [/sp]
The tf2 promo items are probably the only reason to keep this game now.
$10 says they only did the TF2 promo to drum up sales.

Isn't that the whole point of promos in general

Not even middle school programmers could cock up this bad.

Can confirm, I wrote a game engine in middle school and it got 120fps on integrated graphics.
Sure it was 2.5D and I never actually got weapons coded but the framerate was stable.
Man, what a trainwreck. Both on a gameplay level and a technical level on PC. Such a dreadful shame that, after months of work, it ends up running WORSE than it did before.
I can smell the refunds for this attempted re-release coming over the hill.

I literally just got the joke only now
I feel both dumb and smugly amused
I don't get it
how do you fuck up this badly?
The game was programmed by dogs.

can nvidia just replace my free copy with something else

how does a pile of stale bread loafs sound?
I notice that there apparently isn't anything in the rules for Steam Refunds about getting a refund on a game that you got a refund for, then purchased again for some reason. Seems like WB Games might have figured that people can't get it refunded a second time, so they claim its "fixed" to trick them into re-purchasing it. I mean seriously, "fixing" it for 3 and a half months and the game somehow runs worse is some Ubisoft-tier bullshit.
I'm glad I bought this from G2A, those fuckers don't deserve money from this.
WBs advice is to have more than 12gbs of ram.
pathetic

IIRC some people were able to get theirs swapped for MGSV since MGSV was having a free promo with Nvidia around the same time. Not sure if you could do that now though.

Ubisoft is a saint-like company compared to WB.
I mean; I own Arkham Asylum, City and Origins. And only Origins is playable anymore for me.
I don't even know if I can actually finish Arkham Origins since the game was such a fucking drag that I couldn't even be bothered. But it has some game-breaking bugs that WB could not give a rats ass about.
