Well it's true. Other groups had more talent, Austria were different. So they won.

Totally isn't subjective.
-snip-
As a canadian, holy shit this whole thing is amazing and I wish we were able to enter
Austria is consecutively shitting itself, nobody expected Wurst to win and now everybody hates the song contest including myself.
Nobody took our singer seriously, everybody expected him to not make it very far and now that we won the song contest everybody is quite baffled. We aren't even tolerant, everybody hates our song contest winner what the hell.
Best damn entry ever.
Most of the hate I've heard against her came from outside the country to be honest. Mostly eastern Europe and sore losers.
Austria had better bloody push the boat out next year, seeing as it is the 60th anniversary.
Still the best eurovision entry

Just checked, last time Austria hosted the Song Contest it was 1967. Ugh. Meanwhile the fucking Germans are laughing at Austria because they are sore losers since they didn't win despite having better contestants haha.
My top 10 (Alphabetically) were:
Armenia, Austria, Greece, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, and Sweden.
Austria had fantastic vocals, and I am happy to see them win.
but Sweden's was hilariously bad.
the lyrics were like some high school girl's poetry assignment and she decided to write about her first breakup.
something with an actual chord progression won eurovision
cool
I've got some pure gold for you guys. Apparently some tv channel for hearing impaired people were streaming eurovision live this year.
