I've noticed some people in this thread moaning at the TSA for screening women because "WHEN HAS THERE EVER BEEN A WOMEN TERRORIST HUR DURR". Once again women, this is why this equality thing just is not working out. If you want to be fucking equal, you have to do all the same shit that we do. Yes, there is a chance you will be treated like a sexual object in the process, but it's the price you must pay for equality. (Not that I condone this really fucking weird behaviour by TSA officials. I mean, go watch some porn ffs.)
What a shitty attitude. A few idiots complaining about women having to be scanned do not represent all women everywhere. I bet you're one of those people who think feminists are just whiny bitches who want to have it easy.
Yes, there is a chance you will be treated like a sexual object in the process, but it's the price you must pay for equality.
Er. I don't think anybody here is arguing that only men should be screened or patted down.
Sorry, what are you saying? It's my understanding of this post that you're saying you're an Asian female - am I correct?
nope, I'm saying I'm an asian male, so I would probably not be top on the list of people to scan (if they're judging by sexiness), unless TSA officials have yellow fever.

Come on), that's still an absurd statement to make. Your being selected to be patted down or screened does not invalidate the experiences of these women, or their claims. Obviously all TSA agents aren't only going to select only conventionally-attractive women, and I haven't seen anyone on this thread or in the article claiming otherwise. Just because you were chosen doesn't mean that a small amount of TSA agents aren't abusing their powers and favouring people they find sexually attractive.

Without reading the whole article, why am I willing to bet this person isnt one who flies very often? I have relatives that have to travel a lot and this stuff doesnt bother them since its normal. Also, those body scanners dont magically look beneath clothes and onto skin, they penetrate to look for metallic objects or other objects with thickness to try to find potential hazards.
Some like their women with some additional cushion for the pushin'.
"Hey baby, wanna be the whale to my Japanese fisherman? "
Some like their women with some additional cushion for the pushin'.
Certainly do. Just in case I didn't make it clear in my last post, I want to clarify: 1) Some TSA agents might select people they find sexually attractive, and these people may not fit into the social idea of what is generally considered sexually attractive. 2) Many TSA agents, I'd imagine, would be trying to do their job, and selecting people at random as they are supposed to. Furthermore, I know a lot of them are against these policies, and have no particular desire to get off from screening people, or patting them down.
