Most likely, no.
Serious US memos and documents are kept much more secure than the ones WikiLeaks are leaking. And there's a very select number of documents - lower double-digits - that could actually cause serious harm to US security and diplomatic efforts. WikiLeaks probably doesn't have anything close to that lower number, unless President Obama himself works for WikiLeaks :v:.
Unless WikiLeaks gets any more modern cables, they've also officially run out of all US cables.
