We really can't have a situation similar to the second World War. Also, we wouldn't have an exchange with Russia, they would probably be egging us on to take down there rival.

America might have a large military budget, but I'm pretty sure that China's budget isn't too shabby either, and they have a shitload of people. Of course, the numbers in the video may not be entirely accurate, but they must have some truth in them. Also, there has never been any big 'modern' war yet that showcased China's power. Sure, they've been in wars, but as far as I know they haven't been in any wars recently, if you know what I mean.
