Just because he acts mentally unstable doesn't mean we all should too.
The dood's been browsing 4chan for almost a decade and 4chan is known for not giving 2 shits about human life. It will track down and ruin the life of a person who kicks a kitten, but it will trick police into accidentally burning someone alive for shits and giggles. Something like this is well within the norm for 4chan. [editline]2nd December 2013[/editline]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sympathy
this is 4chan you're talking about
Don't blame 4chan though, blame /b/. People keep blaming the entire website when /b/ is where the most shit happens.
Well at least he saved his own life when he light up that fire.
Just because he acts mentally unstable doesn't mean we all should too.
When people are anonymous they show their true colours.
Judging 4chan based on /b/ is like judging FP based on OIFY. /b/ is hated but considered a necessary containment board by the other sections of 4chan, people that come to /b/ know that it's the place for the lowest of the low where all intelligent thought and sensibility is void for the sake of acting retarded and uncivilized on a level not tolerated on the rest of 4chan.
Actually, I am pleasantly surprised most people were trying to stop him and also it seems like they possibly called the help as well but we can't know that for sure. It might have just been somebody noticing the fire.
These people are fucked

/b/ isnt even as bad as you guys make it out to be, most of the times its just porn, baww threads, gore and them calling eachother faggots. /pol/ on the other hand...

Next time you have a clue of what you're talking about before you argue against something, thanks.
No that's /s4s/
yeah, /b/ is fast threads and the rust subforum. shit but no-one cares much, it's meant to be that way.
/b/ isnt even as bad as you guys make it out to be, most of the times its just porn, baww threads, gore and them calling eachother faggots. /pol/ on the other hand...
/pol/ is a glorious bastion of free speech against the left wing lunacy of the internet you jidf scum really though one is edgy and the other is politically radical, both are harmless

Guarantee you he hasn't been on 4chan since 2004. He barely looks 16

[editline]2nd December 2013[/editline] this is 4chan you're talking about
yeah man /adv/ totally doesn't care about human life as they give advice to random passersby about pregnancy, work and love
this isnt funny
I'm sorry, but I just couldn't help laughing at the #lolimonfirw part. It's more bizarre than funny, though.
But /b/ is the most popular, and most well known board, while OIFY is just some weird little exclusive section that people are barely even aware of these days.
Yes but out of all the containment boards /b/ is the one that's best contained. There's almost no crossposting from there, most content that comes out of 4chan now actually comes from other boards, and a lot of people either go there exclusively or hardly at all. And OIFY is honestly kind of similar that way.
that's pretty bizarre. the way he seems so happy and nonchalant about it is fucking with me
That ignorance, lol. Next time you have a clue of what you're talking about before you argue against something, thanks.
Someone on /b/ actually convinced the police to let dorner burn to death.

The old times when memes were funny and being anonymous was something to be proud of.
Someone on /b/ actually convinced the police to let dorner burn to death.
What? You're kidding, right?
Someone on /b/ actually convinced the police to let dorner burn to death.
what are you being serious right now
What? You're kidding, right?
He's probably thinking of Gene Leondhart, AKA the "YOU DONE GOOFED" guy. IIRC he also died being pursued by the police. Because of who he was the cops got a lot of prank calls while they were chasing him which I guess caused some confusion about how dangerous he was (or rather wasn't). The cops weren't going to rescue Dorner. They were fucking terrified of him and weren't prepared to take any risks.

Like, I know most people who commit suicide never display symptoms of depression and shit but this guy was being all happy about it and making ironic hashtag jokes Like what the fuck Why did he even attempt this, the only reason I can possibly think of where this was logical was he did it out of attention-seeking. I'm sorry to say that but it's the only thing I can think of given all the variables of what's going on. [editline]bla[/editline] Apparently this is why http://i.imgur.com/zYPHa83.png In which case I understand slightly, but it's still the way he approaches it by being joking around about it that just... bothers me.
But /b/ is the most popular, and most well known board, while OIFY is just some weird little exclusive section that people are barely even aware of these days.
I'd contribute /b/'s popularity mostly to 1. New users that heard about how cool /b/ used to be 2. People that want to shitpost, spam porn threads, spout memes, or talk about random subjects without looking for their appropriate section. 3. /b/ is the only section where you're allowed to post furry and loli pornography without getting banned
That ignorance, lol. Next time you have a clue of what you're talking about before you argue against something, thanks.
I know the difference between /b/ and the other boards, I'm just too fuckin lazy to specify.
what are you being serious right now
They said that there were explosives in the house which lead them to the decision of not retrieving his unconscious body
i thought that dude died of a heart attack
He did, I have no idea what the fuck Ared is talking about.
