And it did.[/QUOTE] Overlooking the fact that the man had numerous other issues going on in his life, most of which I'd argue are pretty severe and won't ever go away. If you were there, you would recall the guy's friend telling people a bit about the guy. How he had over 200k school tuition fees, his girlfriend had dumped him and pressing (what the guy claims) were false sexual assault claims, and more. Which incidentally that particular article fails to mention. I don't think most people realize quite how credible 4chan was in many regards. Take it from me that if you were there, you would have witnessed firsthand quite a number of people trying to throw that guy off course.

As someone who knows a suicidal person and how much she hates life, the fact that he not only attempted to off himself but had a smile on while doing it...does not surprise me in the least. I'm just glad the man's okay. Suicide is a terrible, horrible thing, and I'm glad he didn't succeed.
