Saudi Arabia isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Its a super conservative country so social change is slow. Watched a documentary about it and even in the most conservative province people were rarely executed for crimes

Especially if the first chop doesn't go all the way through and your neck is like halfway cut and they have to chop at your head multiple times until it comes off.
