MP3 runs about as good as any game can on max settings on my less than stellar rig.

Pretty much every rumor like this turns out to be bullshit, its amazing that news like this always gets blown out of proportion. What probably just happened is that some intern fucked up and added the game to the database by mistake.

GTA V is a MASSIVE game, clearly they want to do it right for PC, and assumingly next gen along side.
