I think it's because they either ignore it all completely or they have meat shields to screen their emails
true but then there's loads of popular bands out there that are popular enough to tour the country and have thousands of fans and live off their music but not popular enough to have their own PR department just today i was looking at a video for a new song by a band i like and there were a few comments like "wow i prefer the old stuff this new stuff sucks wow guys you've ruined everything" and, while i thought "that'd be really sad to read if you were in the band" you gotta move past this shit if you wanna make a living providing people with entertainment
I looked at their Steam forums and this is hilarious, they don't even care: http://steamcommunity.com/app/259640/discussions/2/
Refreshed it after seeing dozens of TB threads and they're all gone. Wonder why.
And of course stupid youtube actually took his videos down. Honestly google have handled copyright in the shittest possible way they could, they've given diabolical companies like this a weapon against honest reviewers.
FUN Creators ‏@FUNCreators 27m @Totalbiscuit np, but please stop doing things like that http://imgur.com/dVh4j21 till we sort it out. (names removed for legal issues) [editline]16th February 2014[/editline] this is just embarrassing

TB hardly even sounds cynical these days, he sounds more resigned and depressed. After stuff like this I would be too.

If they were not aware of that email they would act surprised
Sounds like a rouge employee or something.
nah they're trying to pretend that the other emails were fabricated by totalbiscuit so they're trying to be like 'look anyone can photoshop these emails to say anything!'
This company is fucking pathetic. My God, they have no shred of decency or common sense whatsoever.
Sounds like a rouge employee or something.
What does color have to do with it?
This company is fucking pathetic. My God, they have no shred of decency or common sense whatsoever.
I thought the game they made would make that obvious
This is what greenlight gave us Shitty games made by demented developers
I was looking at their site and now it doesn't seem like a surprise at all as to why their game was so bad.
FUN Creators depends highly on online contracts and overseas recruitment for establishing its production teams.
You need good communication skills to pull off collaborative projects that involve people from all over place, something FUN Creators obviously doesn't have.
"your little youtube channel"
Holy shit, it's like they must have felt so safe in claiming the emails are fake they took it as an opportunity to go all out in playing a cheesy villain.
as much as I hate TB, I gotta say, I love it when he goes up against shitty game devs like this
What I hate the most is that this company reminds me of the one I used to work at. A small indie developer making shitty and glitchy mobile games largely inspired by other games such as candycrush and using the most devil tricks to monetize the game such as a limited number of lifes (that you gain by either paying or sharing with your facebook friends). And they become reaaaally susceptible when anyone dare to criticize their games.
What role did you play in that cavalcade of madness?
This company is literally destroying its reputation. A less than great game is one thing, a reputation for not being able to take criticism and attacking people is another. Only the really large corporations can get away with that. TB's video will probably be interesting.

They actually are FUN, this is damn entertaining.
What role did you play in that cavalcade of madness?
I was an intern amongst many others, paid mininum legal wage, developping the said games. Tbh the company could be great if the boss wasn't the most delusional, unorganized and dishonest person on earth. He even asked everyone in the company to give the best rating and write fake comments on the store for their game.

Then again he did say he might not because he already did a similar video concerning the Garry's Incident Incident. Regardless, even if he does do a video on this FUN Creators farce, it probably won't be done on a Sunday.
Reading about it makes me really interested what it'd feel like. Maybe I should become internet famous.
Imagine being highschool famous. Now imagine it pays, and everyone is an asshole. That's about it.
oh dear god, are we to expect more games to come then?
Probably, but the company is in a really bad spot right now they can barely pay their employees. I don't know how long it will last. However this kinda explain the boss's desperate acting, but he's not all clean as to why the company is drowning.
I needed my daily dose of PR suicide

It'll probably just be a Garrys incident repeat starting with "oh lookie, this again".

They're clearly experts at Photoshop and know what they're talking about.
Also, concerning pedrus' previous dev job, that sounds pretty grim. I hope that if you continue your career in games development, you manage to find work at a better company with a less insane boss. Even if the teams you intergrate with have to produce shovelware to pay the bills, never forget that once you are able to work on something you have a passion for, you might be able to pull off a Double Helix, creating something great after sharpening your axe on something like My Little Pony: Cutie Clicker or whatever hot property is contracted out to have a game made out of it to coincide with an upcoming movie or TV show. Even if your resume includes something like the Battleship FPS or Over The Hedge for PS2, Edge of Reality and Double Helix have proven that just because you were tasked to produce shovelware, you can still make something amazing if given the opportunity. So don't give up on your dev career just because you started out at that kinda company. So long as you keep your head above the piss and hone your skills, things could look brighter. Also, keep in mind that ethical microtransactions are the best kinds of microtransactions, if you're working on a free-to-play project.
He basically has an army at his disposal.
Thing is, is having an "army" really a good thing? In theory the healthiest relationship to have in that regard is that they produce content and you watch it so they can continue doing it as a job, and going beyond that seems like dangerous territory. You shouldn't really ask your fans to fight for you, since fans of anything are likely to be loose cannons and do things that don't gel with your message. Suggesting that they contribute towards a noble cause like building wells in Africa is a good thing, but if you militarise your fanbase you are asking for all sorts of trouble. In my view, if you are going to go beyond the usual healthy relationship of "watch my vids, i'll make more", you need to be very careful about managing your "army", especially since you are not in command of millions of trained soldiers. Most of them are just children behind a keyboard, and controlling thousands of fanatical kids is impossible. Also, TB is outspoken in his aversion to the whole "fan" thing.
