This kid is out of control, a literal sociopath. Life imprisonment, no parole.
If you didn't play those kiss dare games and such when you were a kid I feel you missed out
A couple of years ago no one would've batted an eye at this. It's pretty innocent. Now it's rape
This is such a blatantly false notion I did a double-take to make sure I was still on Facepunch. I then realized these types of posts are the norm.

Fuck this gay Earth
If you didn't play those kiss dare games and such when you were a kid I feel you missed out
I did but I don't feel like I gained anything.
On one hand I kinda dislike living in a dictatorship that is R.Federation. On the other hand... Well, this. We don't have that kind of idiotism when it comes to things like this (in general) and more common sense (again, in general day-to-day basis).
I really want to se Tumblr's view on this.
I really want to se Tumblr's view on this.
"JUSTICE!!!"
Funny how it's a pretty huge trend for kids to do, "kiss cams," where they film themselves ambushing each other and macking on each other, and the world keeps spinning, but a kiss on a dare is assault.
you don't know what assault is
I really want to se Tumblr's view on this.
Tumblr isn't a hivemind.
Our generation be like; "In my day, punishment at school was detention, son!"
you don't know what assault is
Is a kisscam event not assault?
Tumblr isn't a hivemind.
A group's view doesnt have to be monolithic.
Don't be so melodramatic. He shouldn't be charged with anything but its not OK to invade personal space like that.
It is okay. Is america really the no fun allowed zone already? [editline]13th September 2015[/editline]
On one hand I kinda dislike living in a dictatorship that is R.Federation. One of the days I am glad to live in slavlandia
Dunno. Suspension makes more sense. A kiss is a pretty personal thing.
Its a kiss by a 14 year old. Its not personal at all. They both probably don't even know what it means and just do it because they have seen adults do it. And now they have dared each other to do it, because apparently its something icky. Nobody should be disciplined for this.
read the title as killing this is kind of ridiculous but it happens, i remember at my school someone used to slap all the girls asses like a tru boss playa and her parents ended up threatening to take him to court, it's usually just harmless fun but if someone has a problem with it i can see why
Is a kisscam event not assault?
This is what I'm referring to:
Dunno. Suspension makes more sense. A kiss is a pretty personal thing.
They are like 13-14. This was most likely a boy just trying to maybe creep out a girl(not in the "creeper" sense) or make his friends laugh, but at 14. Like throwing a worm at a girl when your 8. No way was the kiss anywhere near something like making out. Was probably a quick peck, im 99% certain on that. Yeah its pretty personal, but they are young. Id give a suspension if they were like 16-17. At 13-14 you really have 0 concept of a kiss, you are most likely just finding out at that age. I feel like a lot of people really forget what it was like being a kid, not you specifically, but a lot of people. This wasnt something malicious.
i wonder what facebook's view is on this
if we get atleast 1000 likes we can get this kid sent to hell , share for jesus.
How did we become so fucking stupid as a society? Everything about this is entirely unnecessary, I'm fucking baffled that we're descending into fucking 4chan greentext levels of ridiculous bullshit.

boy gotta learn respect somehow
Well, at least they're not trying to make a sexual offender out of him.
While I'm not happy that this incident was escalated to such a level, I'm glad that schools (and society in general) are paying more attention to this kind of behaviour instead of just brushing it off as "boys being boys".
The kid should be corrected, but facing assault charges is waaaaaay too much.
When I was 10 I went to this sleepover which was me and my two friends along with this girl that was another friends sister. We decided to play the pass out game (yeah I know) and when we got her to pass out we each kissed her on the lips. She woke up while my friend was kissing her and smacked him on the face as well as the rest of us. It was well deserved but I still know this girl and to this day it is still a big inside joke between us. Even the parents found out and they were upset but just passed it off as "kids being kids." I can only imagine if that had happened today I would have been in deep legal trouble even though it was only a little peck on the lips that we were all laughing about the rest of the night. While this kid shouldn't have done what he had done just like me I don't think these charges are fair. It just seems messed up to put a young teenager in such legal troubles for a kiss. I am just imagining all the things I did at school that would have gotten me in big trouble today such as getting caught with a pocket knife, having fake shootouts during recess, hell I even drew a bloody knife in art class being a horror fan as a child and while it did raise a few eyebrows I never got in trouble.
