GTA V radio stations being updated for next gen release this fall

I still think to this day the best chat radio station was WCTR, it's a classic and I don't think I'll ever get tired of it

Smokin' and Ridin' was my shit, more of that please.
LSRR needs a few harder rocking songs like Layla and stuff like that.
I hope to god they add some good songs to Soul Wax, all the music on that station is god awful apart from this song which isn't that bad.

I hope they add a few more songs too, whenever I tuned to West Coast Classics it was fucking Next Episode every god damn time
can we make it so we can set a default radio station that comes on when we get into any car? its annoying everytime I get into a certain class of car its always the same shitty station

That's 133 additional songs. And it's a selection as good as the official ones. I don't know what will happen to the other stations though.
GTA V is certainly listenable, but it's no where near the levels of VC or San Andreas.
EDIT: On a side note, I would like to say Cara is a qt
What do you mean by qt? Cutey?
Nightride FM thanksssss
Nightride FM was a publicity stunt done independantly of Rockstar's will. It will never happen.

I mean really. It's perfect for the settings.
Also some Rooney. I mean their band logo is literally the California flag.
I can imagine someone adding this in just as a joke.

One of the best songs in the game IMO. Driving around LS in an expensive car as Franklin with millions in the bank and this song bumping is fucking boss
Man, Radio Los Santos was the shit.
Thank god, that's one of the many things that felt rushed in GTA.
I wonder if they'll flesh out the sp a bit other than that.
VBR, Los Santos Rock, and West Coast Classics were the only stations I listened to. I absolutely hated Channel X though, punk rock is not my thing.
... Why are people still calling the Xbox One and the Playstation 4 "next-gen"?
They've been out for quite a while now, and they've gotten old enough where a $500 PC is better than they are, that pretty much qualifies them as the current generation.

This is the only next gen platform

I just want a custom radio station so I can listen to the AC/DC soundtrack I've had on in all games bar Vice City (Perturbator felt more appropriate considering the era) along with a few favourites from other GTA games.
They are most probably going to add the cut radio tracks that were found in the game files. I'm going to repost them for reference:

All I needed to see was the Def Leppard track to sell me on it.

I am pretty sure we are getting that. I am just gonna port over the GTA IV station tracks that i like
I remember Liberty City on PSP having custom stations. Probly happening for next gen.
Just seen the radiostations page on the GTA wiki. There's almost 3 times as many tracks that were planned to be in the game that never got into the current release.
I know they're posted above, but that's a hell of a lot.
