The loading screen? It can't animate during actual game loading. If you want to see the loading screen animate, go to a Multiplayer server where you have to download something.

all you need to do is make a webpage to act as a loading page and then set sv_loadingurl to the website

so for example you make a webpage called floop.html and upload it to [url]http://www.webpage.com[/url], you just set sv_loadingurl "http://www.webpage.com/flood.html"
